This property was perfect for our week long ski vacation at Telluride. Each of the three bedrooms with their own baths was located on different levels giving us (Mom & Dad) and our son and his wife complete privacy when we wanted to retire. The home also has private entrances in the front and the back from which we could (easily - not steep) ski right off the deck onto the green Meadows run. Since one of us was a beginner and 2 of us were over 60 and only one an expert (son) this was important. The slopes here have plenty to keep all our different levels happy and mom & daughter-in-law improved greatly with just 2 fine ski-school lessons each. How convenient it was to ski back to the house in the middle of the day for a quick break and snack or to adjust layers of clothing for the weather. The large indoor hot tub overlooking the run was very relaxing after the slopes closed. In the evenings it was less than a block to stroll to Mountain Village Square, the gondola to town for restaurants or the Village Market for groceries. The home is in a very cheerful, light, corner location in excellent new condition and beautifully decorated with a terrific kitchen and comfortable living/dining area facing a spectacular view of the high jagged peaks of the San Jauns just across the run from it. Having chosen Telluride as our favorite of any ski resort for three years in a row now, we've decided it cannot be topped! THIS vrbo is now our favorite place to stay there. The owners were very helpful and we want to go back NOW! Patricia & Family from the lowlands (Chattanooga & Memphis,Tennessee)Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
