Why the Owner Chose Paradise Valley
We love this location because it is very convienent to shopping as the Paradise Valley Mall is right across the street and lots of restaurants and plaza's are all around. It is also only about 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and minutes to major highways 51 and 101.

My father was an owner in Paradise Park and we liked it so much that we bought a unit as a vacation rental property. We love the weather and other owners and renters that stay there. Marie and Bob live in the Toronto, Ontario, Canada area.
