The unit is smoke free and tastefully decorated with comfortable, yet refined furnishings. The ceramic tiled first floor consists of the kitchen, dining and living areas, includes a half bath and enclosed laundry area. The carpeted second floor includes 2 well appointed bedrooms, each with a private ceramic tile bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, with trundle beds for those extra guests. All bathrooms are well supplied with large fluffy bath sheets.
Off the living area is a shaded patio, complete with comfy Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. In the storage unit, you will find sand chairs and an umbrella for those days on the beach. The beach, the Space Coast’s most beautiful, is just a short walk away, accessed through the Villages of Seaport private gate.
The Villages of Seaport is a secure complex, with a security guard at the gate 24/7. The lush tropical landscaped grounds are well maintained and make Villages of Seaport a quiet and private get-away.

We chose Villages of Seaport because it is always well maintained and folks are friendly. We chose Cape Canaveral for the sun, the sand, and the atmosphere! Being close to a major city was also a factor in our decision. This is our future retirement home and feel that the Space Coast area is just plain magical!
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
One our favorite things to do besides walking the beach, is having coffee on the patio in the morning. What a wonderful way to start the day!
