Located within the 7 Springs Resort just at the bottom of the mountain and a 2 minute drive to the golf course (walkable if desired).
Upstairs, find a Master bedroom with Queen bed and TV, second bedroom with full size bed and a loft bedroom with full size bed and a recently decorated bathroom with shower/tub. The main level has a renovated kitchen that is fully equipped to support large family and friend gatherings, opening into a living and dining area, with full size pull out couch and a screened porch with additional dining. The lower level has a bedroom with bunk beds and a convertible loveseat, and an additional bedroom or TV room, with full size futon. There is also a renovated second bathroom with shower/tub.
Rough-sawn wood panelling, slate-look floors and country furnishings, give this townhome an informal and comfortable feel, the perfect place for friends and family to have fun and enjoy the Laurel Highlands. The resort offers year-round fun, with programs for children and teens for every season. You will be staying within the resort will be able to enjoy the many ski-lifts and snow-tubing during the winter, or Fall colors with an 18 hole golf course.

One caution for light sleepers

The place would have been fine for us except that two of the bedrooms are lofts (one is a true loft (with a closed door), the other an enclosed room but with a window overlooking the common area. The townhouse is small so people trying to sleep in those bedrooms have a hard time blocking out the conversation below. Many units in Swiss Mountain are like this. But if that wouldn't bother you, the owner is very pleasant to work with and the place clean, the shuttle bus a plus.
