Like new, this charming, three bedroom, two bath modular home is located in the family friendly community of Denton Woods. The lovely development in Ocean View provides a relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for a family bike ride or a leisurely walk.

It is away from the hustle and rush of downtown Bethany but close enough that getting to the ocean is a short, seven-minute car ride (traffic permitting). The house is well maintained and is fully equipped. It has an eat-in kitchen that opens to the living room. Off of the living room, there is a large screened porch with dining table and chairs. The porch is a great place to relax and play games in the evening.

The house is fully furnished and has a nice yard. During the day, family oriented Bethany Beach is only three miles away. It is a guarded beach with a great boardwalk and plenty of shops. In the evenings, enjoy concerts on the outdoor bandstand (often twice a week or more in the summer) or fly a kite on the beach. Fenwick Island, Dewey Beach and Rehoboth are also very close (under 25 minutes away traffic permitting).

If golfing is your passion, you will not be disappointed with the nearby championship courses (Bear Trap Dunes-five minutes away, Baywood Greens-25 minutes away). When it comes to dining out, do not miss the amazing restaurants ranging from fine dining such as at "The Parkway", to a more casual fare like at the oceanfront "Mangos" in downtown Bethany Beach.
