Why the Owner Chose Seawind
Gulf Shores is a straight trip down I-65 for the Indiana owners and is less than an hour from our good friends/co-owners who live in the Pensacola area. Seawind is gulf front and in a great location from where you can walk to many restaurants and attractions.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Seawind unit 904 is one of the larger pie shaped units with an expansive double balcony with entrance from the living room and both master and guest bedrooms. Yes, no fights over the bedroom with balcony access. There are jet ski rentals and para sailing right off the beach in front of Seawind throughout the summer months. Sea 'n Suds, a great restaurant, is waterfront immediately next to the complex.

We just returned from a weeks stay Gulf Shores. The owner was extremely easy to access to get my initial questions answered. The condo was excellent. It was exactly as described and then some. The beach/ocean view from the huge balcony was spectacular. From the sunrise in the morning to the sunset on the evening. I highly reccommend this condo and will be staying here each and everytime we visit Gulf Shores in the future.Thanks to all the owners for allowing us to stay at your home away from home. It will now be ours too!!

We just returned home from our stay at this wonderful condo. This condo is a must for visiting the gulf shores area. When we were at the condo most of out time was spent on the great balcony. My wife loved eating breakfast and lunch on the balcony watching everything going on in and around the water. We saw dolphins several days from the balcony as well. The inside of the condo was neatly furnished and well kept! The owner was super nice and great to work with!
