We know that hard times have hit most every family. But - we also know you may just need a vacation to get away from it all - and enjoy yourselves. Because we are aware of everyone's difficulties right now - we have decided NOT to raise any rental fees, taxes or cleaning fees. Our rates are the same as they have been for the past few years. We also know that our rates are the lowest of any 3 bedroom Beaver Village unit listed - and actually compete with several 2 bedroom unit rates. Simply put - we are the best deal out there for what you get !!!!
Location was important to us, and our condo has it over most. It is nestled in the pines, in the most secluded area of Beaver Village. During the ski season, Beaver Village's own free shuttle bus will pick you up right at our door, deliver you right to the base lifts, and bring you home at the end of the day. With town only a block away, and only one and a half miles to the ski hill, THIS CONDO HAS IT ALL!
Although this unit is located on the third (top) floor of the building, it actually is only two and a half flights of stairs. Our unit is spacious yet has a very cozy feeling. Being on the top floor offers the added luxury of vaulted ceilings with skylights. The bright afternoon sun beaming through the skylight will remove any chill one may have after a morning of fresh tracks.
Another wonderful feature is the thermostatically controlled gas fireplace. With the stone fireplace, and the rough sawn cedar paneling, it is hard not to imagine curling up on the couch to read a good book, watch a movie, or just sit and gaze out into the Arapaho Forest.
There is no lack of sleeping arrangements in our home away from home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own private bath. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One guest room has a queen-size bed, and the back bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, each featuring a full-size bottom bed, with a twin upper. This affords the ability to sleep eight to ten, making this a great unit for large families, or even two separate families. There is also a door in the hallway so that the back two bedrooms can be closed off to allow more privacy.
We also love to feed the birds from our unit. You will see Stellar Jays, Nuthatches, Chickadees and maybe a Hummingbird or two in the summer. Fill the feeder, and watch them come. Bring some binoculars if you want.
We also offer FREE WIRELESS internet - for those who can't leave home without their laptops. Sit right at the kitchen table and get on-line to check email - and send all your freinds a note telling them what a wonderful time you are having in Winter Park. Even check out the resorts daily snow report and weather - so you can be prepared before you leave for a day on the slopes.
The club house is for every one of our guests to use. It has a huge indoor pool, with three adjacent hot tubs and a sauna. The club house/pool area is relaxing also. It is maintained second to none. The laundry and game room are also in the club house.
In our condo, you will find a few added features. We have made certain there is a flat screen TV/DVD and cable in each bedroom. There are wall mounted hair dryers in the bathrooms also. The kitchen boasts new oak cabinetry, new granite countertop, new flooring, and has everything anyone would need to cook a simple or complex gourmet meal. We hope you can see that there is no lack of any conveniences. We have made a point of adding MANY electrical outlets to our unit, so everyone can plug in their phones and tablets ! Our bathrooms have been just recently tiled.

My son recently got married at Winter Park ski slope (sunspot) We decided to rent a condo in Beaver Village, the place was beautiful, peaceful and tons of room for everyone. I was able to use the clubhouse for rehearsal dinner, it all worked out perfect, couldn't have asked for anything better. owners were amazing, price was great! Thank you so much, made us want to come and stay again! The Acree familyRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

I wanted to let you know that my wife and I , and our family members, had a very pleasant stay in your WP Condominium. We drove up there from Denver for several nights before the Thankgiving Holiday. While we did not go skiing this time, we did get outdoors in the snow for seveal walks and several times at a kids playground in downtown Winter Park. And, we enjoyed the resort swimming pool and hot tub. Your condo was nicely decorated, met all of our needs, and was reasonably priced. Condo well equipped. Loved the decor - enjoyed the pictures on the walls, magazines available, and all the hot bathes !! ROOMY !!!! Great to control temperature of rooms. Thanks to the Foss's. We had a superb stay in this lovely condo. It is very well supplied with everything you need---even champagne glasses and a coffee grinder!! :) The ski bus is so convenient--and it picks up at this unit FIRST so you can always get a seat. The owner and the desk staff are super nice and so helpful. The bunked bedroom is much bigger than the picture looks---the cousins all had a blast. The windows look out on the lovely forest (not another condo) so you don't feel crowded in. The 3rd floor is a definite plus space wise and the steps are not really not a huge trek even after skiing all day. Next time we come to Winter Park, this is definitely where we will stay. We stayed in your condo over Spring Break 2007. Your place is layed out great! We really felt at home. We enjoyed the birds, the thermostats in each room, all the amenities in the kitchen, the fireplace, and where your condo is located. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable for a 5 night stay. About the owner: Hi - we are Jim and Carol Foss from Fridley Minnesota. After several years of family ski trips while our sons were growing up, we realized that Winter Park was in our blood. We purchased our unit - on 9-11 !!!! It truly has been the best decision we have made. Now that our sons are grown - we seem to use it even more. Our oldest son lives in Denver - so we enjoy going out to Winter Park and have our visits there. Our one son even honeymooned in our unit. There have been business trips as well as 'The whole gang' trips out mostly for skiing. Summer is great also - and we just love the fall. We share out unit with all our freinds - and we love to show them around. Winter Park is a wonderful place - heck - we may even decide to move out there one day. We always joke about how 'thick' the air is here in Minnesota - and how 'flat' the land is. Colorado has captured our hearts - and we hope you will come, stay with us, and see if you get bitten like we did.
Why the Owner Chose Beaver Village:
Beaver Village is what we consider the best property in Winter Park. The units are beautiful, the club house is second to none - and pool and hot tubs are just perfect. We stayed at several different complexes before we purchased our unit. When we did decide to buy - it simply was a 'no brainer' for us - we thought it had everything to offer. Although it is large - you simple don't feel overwhelmed with the resort. Being tucked away in the woods is a perfect touch.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
A common thought when people are deciding to visit Winter Park is 'What is there to do for 4 days?' Well - let me tell you - the list is endless. Skiing - including cross country skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, sledding, skating, hiking, fishing, boating, white water rafting...
on and on. Winter Park is busy year 'round. There is something for everyone at every skill level.
Rocky Mountin National Park is only a 35 minute drive - and that is worth the drive. We never stop going up to the Park - you never see the same thing twice. The summer weather is great - but it will rain every day for just a few minutes. Winter - well - snow happens !!!! Up to 600 inches a year is pretty normal. It can get cold - but nothing like the cold of Minnesota and Wisconsin !!!!
