  This was a wonderful place for a family to stay. The home is spacious and has many amenities that you don't always get in other rentals. For instance, plenty of patio chairs, beach toys, towels and chairs. The house was very also very clean with plenty of extra blankets pillows, sheets and towels. You will need a car to go to the store, restaurants and attractions. Definitely recommended by our family. We were two adults and an 8 yr old boy who loved the pool and fishing off the dock. We were there from 4-9 to 4-21. Part of the time we were there we had two of our friends and there 2 kids (7 and 9) with us and again, there was more than enough room!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We stayed for a week in this house. We were all gutted to have left even though London was hosting 2012 Olympics we would rather have stayed!! The house had everything you needed even down to tin foil ad spices. Everything worked. Amazingly clean. Outside area was big enough for the 7 of us. Nice park nearby where we played soccer with the local kids and hoop! Kids fished and caught a few. Only problem was at night the midges bite. Not the owner fault. All in all a wonderful relaxing holiday.

  We stayed here for a week during the Christmas and New Years of 2011 and this place was well equiped and close to everything with out being right in the comotion of it all. Very easy to get to all attractions and airports. We have 2 teen agers and they were never bored. Very good relaxing place!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  The home was exactly as we expected. Wonderful location, especially the back, pool and canal. Fishing was fun, but most of all just getting away from the cold and relaxing with a cold one outside was just the best. The place was very clean and had everything we required to be at home for a week.

  If your looking for fun and relaxation this is the place. I have three teenage boys and keeping them entertained is no easy task but they had so much fun they did not want to leave. I was actually able to forget work and take time with my family. Wonderful. Jan and Lance could not have been nicer. They were quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home. Already planning next year.

  Beautiful home ! Had everything we needed for our week stay. Kitchen was fully supplied, (all we had to do was buy groceries) bedrooms were immaculate and very spacious, home was very clean, pool was wonderful, (even had floats for the pool ) plenty of towels and linens were provided, loved the dock and landscaping. Beach was near, (Ft. Desoto) fishing was GREAT ! We kayaked, swam , grilled out , fished off the dock, and had one of the best vacations ever in this home. The owners were absolutely the best ever, always answered our calls promptly, answered any questions we had prior and after arrival. You won't find a nicer place to stay and the price was great. We have stayed in many places near the gulf and this was absolutely the best yet ! Jan, the owner made this vacation one of our best ever. We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to vacation near the gulf ! Can't wait to return. Terry and Koneta

  Our overall experience was great. The home and property are extremely well maintianed and clean. All amentities mentioned on the web site were found at the home. The owners and their Florida contact were always available and very helpful.. We really had no issues while we were away. You need a vehicle since everything is a short drive away. There is not much that is within walking distance. Would we stay here again.....absolutely!!!
