Our clean, comfortable home has three full bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, living room, kitchen, dining room, sun porch with sleep sofa. We provide: Phone, central AC, cable TV, VCR, DVD, internet access, full kitchen, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerators(2),ice maker, kitchen utensils, linens and towels, washer and dryer, beautiful pool & your own private dock. What more could you possibly need!

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We cater to families, and regretfully, no person less than 25 years of age will be permitted to lease this home, unless accompanied by a parent. In addition, the person leasing the home must be an occupant of the home for the entire length of stay. No exceptions will be granted. If leased under false pretenses, all deposits and fees will be non-refundable. The maximum occupancy is 7 persons & is strictly enforced! If the occupancy level is exceeded, all security deposits will be forfeited and tenet(s) lease will be terminated immediately.

The home and property are extremely well maintianed and clean. All amentities mentioned on the web site were found at the home. The owners and their Florida contact were always available and very helpful.. We really had no issues while we were away. You need a vehicle since everything is a short drive away. There is not much that is within walking distance. Would we stay here again.....absolutely!!! Hi Elizabeth, Jan, Lance, I just want to say I was very impressed with the home. Very spacious, well decorated, beautifully landscaped, and of course the pool :). I left early saturday morning (6:30 am) so I could do most of the driving back to Chicago in daylight. But I just wanted to take a moment to say Thank You.....The home prvided everything I could ask for, except I missed a Bears and Cubs game :) ( but they lost anyway, so no big deal :) ) Thanks again, Tony
