Located within a short driving distance to both Wolf Creek and Durango Mountain ski resorts, Heritage House in Pagosa Springs, Colorado is centrally located to many places. It is also home of the Hot Springs, a naturally occuring phenomenon well known for its healing properties.
The floor plan of this unique home allows for the entertaining of many friends and family yet offers you the solitude of "my space" when desired. There is also an interesting history and story within it's walls.
A LARGE HOT TUB on our private deck offers relaxation and relief after a hard day of "vacationing". High speed internet, DIRECT TV programming with STARZ and NBA League Pass complete the package for a wonderful place to have a great time and make memories.
Our "chefs" kitchen is designed for the culinary enjoyment of entertaining many or a few. The 5 burner gas cooktop and 30" warming drawer keep your meals at their perfection until everyone is ready to eat. The under counter icemaker has a 50 lb. daily capacity and there is an additional refrigerator available for more storage when needed. Complimentary coffee, spices and condiments are also provided for our guests.
For those that enjoy snowboarding and skiing there are indoor racks to safely store your gear. Trails that lead to hiking the National Forest are a few steps out the front door and across the street. Grocery stores, restaurants and a clinic are within a 10 minute drive from our home.
With daily housekeeping and a private cook (additional fees apply) available to prepare awesome Home Style Southern cooking, your stay at Heritage house offers everyone the maximum in vacation enjoyment!

Our home provides the perfect place for families and friends to have a great time together. We've had 2 different guests that have been "proposed to" during their stay here! There are many nice places to stay while visiting Pagosa but not many homes are as unique as this one.
