The Heritage House is AWESOME! We were a little nervous about it being in a housing addition, but ended up loving the location. We were close to fishing, town, hikes, etc.... However, we still felt pretty secluded. Liz was very helpful, and we are so appreciative to their family for this oppurtunity. We had called several other places, and no one was willing to let our large family stay. We had 4 adults and 14 children, and had soooo much room! The house is set up very convenient for multiple families to come together for meals, or have privacy if they need it. There is something for everyone at Heritage House! The kids loved the yard, and even built a fort while we were there. Moms had a great time cooking in the kitchen, and were shocked at how well it was stocked. We always had what we needed....even for our large family. And the dads... well, let's just say they enjoyed the tvs. I would highly recomend this cabin for anyone. It is very versatile.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We just returned from beautiful Pagosa Springs. We had a great time at this home. It was everything and more than we had expected or advertised! It was quiet and felt very private. There was lots of space for our little ones to play and explore. There was more than enough room in the house for all 12 of us. We loved it and will be back!! Thank you Liz, you were so kind and were a great host! I would recommend this property to family and friends. We enjoyed the Pagosa Springs area as well. We went fishing at Echo lake, swimming in the hot springs, tubing down the river, visited the Rockie Mountain Wild Life park, and more. All were so fun!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

This home was so comfortable! It is in a quiet neighborhood among the pines, with a private hot tub, and three levels so there was room for everyone. Liz and her family thought of everything to make our stay pleasant, and we had a great time. My daughter had the entire lower floor for a "clubhouse," which she loved. We'd really recommend this for families heading to Pagosa Springs!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

What's not to love? This house has everything. We rented during spring break with another couple and our kids brought some friends as well. It was nice that the house had three levels and everyone had their own space. Especially after a big day skiing at Wolf Creek. The kitchen was wonderful and was able to handle any kind of homemade meal we needed to prepare. It even had a double oven. We brought a lot of food and the pantry was able to hold all of it. Add the garage, a hot tub, two gas fireplaces and two washers and dryers and this was a perfect place to unwind. We have traveled a lot with our kids and this was easily the nicest accomodations we have ever found. This place is perfect for multiple families and by sharing the cost it is very affordable. Watch the virtual tour and know that it is even nicer when you get there.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We stayed in this beautiful home last August and truly enjoyed our time there. We had three small children with us, a newborn, a 12-month-old, and a just-turned-three-year old. We were able to spread the little ones throughout the home so that everyone slept great without disturbing each other. The home also has baby gates and a pack-n-play available which was a lifesaver in our situation! The spacious kitchen provided more than we needed for cooking for a large group. We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of hiking everyday and it was so peaceful! Meals on the deck were wonderful. Deer walked through the yard every morning and evening. The home offers wonderful natural lighting, is tastefully finished out and decorated, and was spotless upon our arrival. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a street with no thru traffic. We loved Pagosa Springs - the hiking was amazing and the river can't be beat.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

The Heritage House is Perfection! We enjoyed Christmas, a 50th B-Day, 2 Anniversaries & New Years. We had 14 people including one 3 yr old & a 3 month old. The rest adults. The space worked perfectly for all of us. Having the 2 family rooms helped especially when 1/2 of us wanted to play one game & the other half play another. Plenty of storage space for food for all of us. The location is beautiful. Not too close to town and not too far. Downtown is a hop skip & a jump. The drive to Durango is so beautiful that it feels like it takes no time to get there. The house feels brand new yet very welcoming and warm. The owners were very attentive leading up to our trip. As we would like to keep this home our own selfish and wonderful secret, we would HIGHLY reccommend it to you if you are looking for a lovely getaway to Pagosa Springs, Colorado.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Your home is wonderful with very good energy. We enjoyed our 5 days there very much. There was plenty of room for our extended family to be together and also provide individual space. The only issue was that noise carried to the second floor bedrooms which could be an issue for smaller children sleeping upstairs. However, we will definitely consider returning in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.
