What's not to love? This house has everything. We rented during spring break with another couple and our kids brought some friends as well. It was nice that the house had three levels and everyone had their own space. Especially after a big day skiing at Wolf Creek. The kitchen was wonderful and was able to handle any kind of homemade meal we needed to prepare. It even had a double oven. We brought a lot of food and the pantry was able to hold all of it. Add the garage, a hot tub, two gas fireplaces and two washers and dryers and this was a perfect place to unwind. We have traveled a lot with our kids and this was easily the nicest accomodations we have ever found. This place is perfect for multiple families and by sharing the cost it is very affordable. Watch the virtual tour and know that it is even nicer when you get there.

This is a great house and very accomondating. We had 11 people in our group and had more than enough room for several more. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. I would love to stay here again and would recomend it for any occasion.

The Heritage House is Perfection! We enjoyed Christmas, a 50th B-Day, 2 Anniversaries & New Years. We had 14 people including one 3 yr old & a 3 month old. The rest adults. The space worked perfectly for all of us. Having the 2 family rooms helped especially when 1/2 of us wanted to play one game & the other half play another. Plenty of storage space for food for all of us. The location is beautiful. Not too close to town and not too far. Downtown is a hop skip & a jump. The drive to Durango is so beautiful that it feels like it takes no time to get there. The house feels brand new yet very welcoming and warm. The owners were very attentive leading up to our trip. As we would like to keep this home our own selfish and wonderful secret, we would HIGHLY reccommend it to you if you are looking for a lovely getaway to Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

We stayed in this beautiful home last August and truly enjoyed our time there. We had three small children with us, a newborn, a 12-month-old, and a just-turned-three-year old. We were able to spread the little ones throughout the home so that everyone slept great without disturbing each other. The home also has baby gates and a pack-n-play available which was a lifesaver in our situation! The spacious kitchen provided more than we needed for cooking for a large group. We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of hiking everyday and it was so peaceful! Meals on the deck were wonderful. Deer walked through the yard every morning and evening. The home offers wonderful natural lighting, is tastefully finished out and decorated, and was spotless upon our arrival. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a street with no thru traffic. We loved Pagosa Springs - the hiking was amazing and the river can't be beat.

Your home is wonderful with very good energy. We enjoyed our 5 days there very much. There was plenty of room for our extended family to be together and also provide individual space. The only issue was that noise carried to the second floor bedrooms which could be an issue for smaller children sleeping upstairs. However, we will definitely consider returning in the future.

We stayed at Herritage house this July 2010. We had a great time the owner made us feel very welcome and even called to check that everything went well, the home is beautiful and immaculate. We didn''t have internet service since the modem went down but Liz was very apologetic and tried to work things out for us although things like that happen I was glad my husband wasn't stuck in the computer and was able to enjoy the house and its peacefull beauty a lot more. We were all very confortable staying there. We will surely come back again. Thank you Liz. Paula, thank you for looking out for us you were very nice. Gloria and Tony

We stayed at Heritage House in July, 2010. The accomodations were great!! Nice linens on all beds, Satellite TV, fully loaded kitchen, and hot tub on the porch We saw deer in the back yard and just down the road every day. We had 10 people and had plenty of room. It was disappointingly a little warm, but the owner provided additional fans.
