  Very much enjoyed our vacation at Playa Royale. My husband and I have been to Nuevo Vallarta many times and have stayed at the noisy and busy mega resorts. On this trip, we needed to unwind and enjoy time away from our stressful jobs, so we decided to look into renting a condo. We shared the condo with another couple, good friends and traveling companions. The condo was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean, safe and relaxing. Just what we all needed. We enjoyed making breakfast and dinners at the condo when we didn't feel like going out. WE also reserved the BBQ area and invited two other couples, friends and family who where staying at Paradise Village, to join us for dinner. They loved Playa Royale as well. We loved to spend our days at the beach or pool, and enjoyed sunsets and walking on the beach. We tried walking to Bucarias one night but got tired half way and took a cab the remainder of the way. The owners were very helpful in the entire rental process and answered all the many questions we headed their way. We would definitely stay in a condo instead of a resort on our next trip to Mexico.

  A new memory foam mattress on the king size bed makes sleep heavenly. Great, easy to deal with owners, fun decor and a beautiful well kept resort all makes for an amazing stay!

  This was our second trip to Nuevo Vallarta and having stayed at Playa Royale with family the first time we knew we wanted to come back! This time we brought our four daughters - all 18 and older - with us as their Christmas gift. This is a fabulous place to come and stay! The unit is excellent and it was a real plus to have the two Queen sized beds for our girls. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. The property is gorgeous and is immaculate at all times. The beach is spectacular and the service there and around the pool was great as well. The six of us were very comfortable in this unit and did most of our own cooking. We found it very easy to get around on local transportation whether it was shuttle, taxi or the local bus. We actually rode the bus all the way to Sayulita for $10.00 for our entire family. It was great! We did go into Puerto Vallarta for one afternoon and evening and shopped and ate at Pipi's. Most of our time was spent enjoying the beach, the pool, the gym, and the golf course. We are hooked and will definitely come back again! Only two complaints - the king sized bed was kind of hard and the vacation was just too short!

  Owner response: Glad to hear you had such a wonderful time! We looked for a King size bed topper when we were at Playa Royale in January but could not find anything. I think the sponge topper that is on it has worn down but we are definately bringing a high quality bed topper when we're back this year!

  What a fantastic time during our Christmas vacation we had with our family and friends! The accommodations were outstanding,and the service provided by the staff at the condominium was excellent. The distance between all of the buildings made it easy for get togethers and bbqs. The location and property was extremely safe and there was security available at all times. We never felt that we had to worry about anything. All of the information that was provided by the owner and property manager was extremely helpful and made it easy to get around. All of the restaurants which were recommended were outstanding. We would definitely book this again!

  My husband and I surprised our 13 year old Triplets for their birthday with this marvelous stay at property #105696 in Playa Royale. Our friends refered us to this place when they heard we were planning a trip to Mexico with our kids. Our intensions were to stay at an All Inclusive but then our friends told us about Playa Royale! We are so glad we listend to them. Not only did we save a lot of money but my husband and I and more so our kids loved our stay on this property! Our kids said it was there best vacation ever and they want to come back every year! Even better then Disney World they said! The grounds were so beautiful and the Condo was large for a family of five. We couldn't believe how nice everything was. We made breakfast and lunch in the Condo each day and grilled out by the pool for dinner. We also enjoyed some of the fabulous Restaurants near by ~ walking distance. The kids enjoyed boogie boarding and swimmimg in the Ocean as well as swimming in the large pool too. It was so quite and relaxing the kids loved that the pool was not over crowded with vacationers and they could jump between the pool and Ocean so easily! There favorite activity we did there was the Zip Lining Adventure we did as a family,so fun! Most importatly we had fun as a family together and are looking forward to coming back many more times. You wont be disappointed in this property #105696.

  We (two couples from Denver, CO) had a wonderful time at Playa Royale. We were impressed by the extreme cleanliness of the condo and the beautiful landscaping of the grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed the mellow atmosphere and the quiet was just what we all needed. It was so easy to relax there! The guys played golf twice at El Tigre, which they really liked. The girls went to a Zumba class at the club. It was great and the facilities are outstanding. We made two trips downtown - took the bus down and cab back. Very easy. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners and Joy and Pilar. We walked to Bucerias one day along the beach and it was amazing to me how much Nuevo Vallarta has grown. My husband and I have been to Puerto Vallarta many times - starting in 1981. I have to say we have found a real gem in Playa Royale and it is our favorite. The condo worked very well for 2 couples and is beautiful and well constructed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and on the beach watching the sunset. One evening, baby turtles were being released into the ocean, but they were too tired to swim , so we helped gather them for release the following day. It was a special experience. The grounds are so well maintained and beautiful. We enjoyed watching different birds in the coconut tree. My favorite activity was walking along the ocean early in the morning. It was SO relaxing. We would definitely recommend this property to all of our friends and relatives. Our only regret is that we were not able to stay longer, but there's always next time!

  We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks. The first week was just the 2 of us but we were joined by our daughter, son in-law and 2 granddaughters aged 9 and 11 for the second week. The second bedroom was very large and they had no problem with 2 queen sized beds. We had a great time at the condo which is lovely and maintained in excellent condition. The entire complex of Playa Royale was immaculate and beautiful. We never were crowded either at the pool or beach. The owners were very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend this property to anyone lucky enough to vacation in Nueva Vallarta!

  Our experience in this Playa Royale condominium was excellent. From the start, the condo owner provided accurate and detailed information about the condo, the resort and the many amenities and activities available in the area. Upon arrival we found the staff friendly and helpful and everything in the resort area beautiful and well tended including the condo, tropical gardens, pools and beach. We loved the coconut view from our spacious balcony and enjoyed almost perfect weather every day of our two week visit. The ocean front was immaculate and our family, including grown up and smaller children all enjoyed great beach and pool time. For a very reasonable fee we also joined the health club and found this facility just wonderful. It included a full basketball court, tennis courts, lap pool, excellent fitness equipment, and a variety of classes for every interest including yoga, zumba, pilotes, and spin. Although an excellent spot, it is a distance from Puerto Vallarta so be prepared for an approximate 1/2 hour taxi or bus ride to get into PV - also well worth a visit.

  We stayed in this condo for 10 days. It was awesome!! We have 2 small children, they each had there own bed and bath. It has a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. It was clean and spacious. Bath off of main bedroom is huge. You can also see and hear the ocean right from the balcony. This resort is super clean and very safe. Lots of security. We found baby turtles while walking the beach. Also seen some dolphins playing in the water. We had a fabulous time and highly recommend this resort to everybody!! Owners are great people and answered our questions we had. I highly recommend this condo and resort!!

  I have stayed at this condominium on two separate occasions during my two and three week vacations to Puerta Vallarta. This is an exceptionally clean resort with private beach. This condominium is spotless with two large bedrooms, living room, dining table for six and a beautiful kitchen facility complete with granite counter tops. Included are separate bathrooms with shower in each bedroom as well as a washer and dryer. Superior household furnishings with comfortable beds. The condominium is situated on the west side of the complex which is a bonus as you will enjoy the early morning and early afternoon sunshine before it gets too hot. As the sun moves to the west, you will enjoy the cool evening shade. Loraine and her husband are outstanding owners / hosts who take pride in providing customer satisfaction while renting out their home. I would highly recommend renting this unit for the following reasons. * cleanliness of unit and resort is excellent * upscale resort with 24 hour security * Very friendly staff * Very quiet * private beach * private pool barbeque if you like cooking * Bus to downtown runs every half hour and is only a five minute walk from resort John Manderson, Kelowna, B.C. Canada
