Wonderfully airy and spacious two level condominium with three bouganvilla draped balconies. Adobe style, with Mexican themes and Saltillo tile floors throughout. The enormous living room with separate dining area and adjacent kitchen allows everyone to be comfortable. Both bedrooms have ensuite baths. The master bedroom has its own balcony with garden and ocean view. A gorgeous spiral stair case unites the two floors. There are two balconies off the living room, both with glimpses of the nearby ocean.
This is a small complex with 29 units set in beautfully groomed gardens. The private pool overlooks the golf cource. BBQ on your own patio or use the group BBQ at the pool. The location is quiet and convenient. A 5 minute walk down the street takes you to the beach and a full service grocery store is a 3 minute walk away. There are several restaurants in walking distance as well. The wondeful Old Town San Jose with its historic buildings, excellent shopping and restaurants is a 20 minute walk away. A GREAT holiday location!

My husband and I have lived for over 30 years in Canadas North. Although we love our northen life we like to escape for some of the colder months and there is no better place than San Jose Del Cabo! Now we are busier than we have ever been leaving less time for our favorite getaway. We know you will enjoy it just as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Villas Baja
Our first holiday together was in Mexico and while we were falling in love, we fell in love with Mexico as well. San Jose del Cabo is the easy Mexico, lots of culture but plenty of gringo services that we enjoy. We love the water and the beaches and the restaurants and of cource the people.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our condo feels like home. With over 1600 square feet and vaulted ceilings we never feel closed in. I especially like the warm tropical light that pours through all the windows and the skylights. We have our favorite balcony (one of three) for morning coffee with the birds and another balcony for evening drinks with friends. I love the gardens at Villas Baja, they are always beautiful and provide a wonderful setting for the pool.
