The spacious one-level design (2200 sq. ft.) brings the outdoors in with its soaring ceilings and banks of windows. The three large bedroom suites (one with bath just across hall) will sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. Location, location...you're a 5 minute walk through the woods to Fort Rock Park/Tennis Hill. Free unlimited use of pools and tennis courts. Eight bikes for your use. Wireless hi-speed internet.
The great room with custom rock fireplace, gas-logs, built-in TV/VCR/DVD/CD system, vaulted cedar ceilings, cathedral windows, and tasteful furnishings make this a relaxing place to gather at the end of a fun-filled Sunriver day. The French dining table seats 10 and is just steps from the custom oak kitchen. A large center island, all new appliances and cookware, and a wall of windows create an inviting place for multiple cooks to work. We've thought of everything to make your time relaxing and memorable.
Two large master suites, each with a queen bed, have new armoires and TV/DVD set-ups. The third bedroom, spacious enough for a queen and twin bed, has its own private full bath just across the hallway. This large room with its own TV offers a special spot for the younger set. A new hideabed has been added to the great room. There are two rollaway twin beds and a crib that allow guests to configure extra sleeping arrangements to meet individual needs, keeping in mind the large sized bedrooms.
The sunny deck which spans the rear of the home, gas BBQ, patio furniture, market umbrella, ping-pong table, 8 bikes, videos, books, board games, and ski storage in the two-car garage will all add to your vacation experience. There is a large laundry/mud room that provides excellent storage for all of your vacation gear.
FREE POOL AND TENNIS PASSES, a nearby trail leading to Ft. Rock Park (tennis, hoops, baseball, soccer, horseshoe pit, play equipment), and a central location near the Woodlands golf fairways and resort pools make this Tan Oak Retreat an excellent choice.
