This historic Eastport 1920's bungalow has been lovingly restored on an ongoing basis. We are on a peninsula called Horn Point with small waterfront parks and waterview restaurants within a short walking distance. The historic district is a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute (seasonal) water-taxi ride away.
The combination home/plus in-law apartment have been professionally decorated in an eclectic but comfortable style. There is a lot of art to enjoy as well as music and a library. A large comfortably furnished front porch beckons for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A covered back porch overlooks beautiful gardens.
Both kitchens are fully equipped gourmet kitchens with gas utilities. All beds have luxury linens and isotonic mattress toppers.
