I would just rather have something than nothing (Win/Win). We are located ON THE 7th FLOOR in the West Building of the new Summerwind Resort on the secluded island of Navarre Beach. Our condominium is newly painted and decorated with subtle beach accents.
Take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf from our balcony where Dolphins are seen regularly. Enjoy our sugar-white, sand beaches and a quiet, family atmosphere your entire family will want to return again and again. Master has a King Bed, 2nd Guest Room has two doubles and 3rd Room has two twin beds.
Our unit is located right on the beach! A quick trip down the stairs or the elevator takes you to the pool. A short walk around the pool takes you to the sand and the beautiful, pristine, emerald-green water of the Gulf.
We are located next door to the natural wildlife preserve where long strolls on the beach take you into the natural habitat of the island. Across the street you can enjoy fresh-baked goodies and a cup of coffee at the bakery and coffee shop. Not to mention there are two restaurants serving seafood within 200 yards.
Sail boats and Jet Ski are available too! Navarre has it all - except the crowds! If you come once you'll be back!

This was our first time to Navarre Beach, and we will only stay here when we come! This is definitely the nicest complex in the area, and the beach is beautiful!

My friends and I rented this condo to stay the weekend in to be present at our friends wedding. The Condo was way beyond my expectations. The view was immaculate. The rooms were clean. Our favorite part was the coded door. It was so nice to not have to keep up with keys. Especially for our group because we were never all together. We decided we wanted to make this a yearly trip and definitely plan on trying to rent this property every time.

The condo and location was everything I was looking for. It was clean, nicely decorated, very quiet, and safe. The heated pool and hot tub were especially nice for February and the large balcony overlooking the Gulf was nice for viewing and reading. The area was perfect for beach walking and shelling, with miles of paths for biking and walking. There were plenty of restaurants in the area with easy access to grocery stores and most other businesses just across the bridge. I'm looking forward to visiting again next year.
