A private balcony with Gulf view. Entire Condo is styled in airy tropical decor. Gated community with direct access to low density beach (NO ROADS TO CROSS). Included are two pools (one heated) with co-located kiddie pools. Conveniently located with access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all within walking distance. Restaurants and Shopping: 1 Mile to Whales Tale, 3 Miles to Pompano Joe's, 3.2 Miles to Wahoo's, 3.3 Miles to Captain Dave's, 1 Mile to Baytown Wharf, 2 Miles to Ocean Club, Across the street from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, 5 Miles to New Destin Commons Shopping Mall and Movie Theater. Reservations and Payment Schedule: $500.00 Security Deposit plus $500.00 Reservation Deposit are due to block your desired time. Remaining Rental balance (Rental rate minus $500.00) of Rent plus the 7% Florida tax (of total rent) will be due 30 days prior to the day of your check in. Please add 7% Florida State tax to all rates. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be deducted form your security deposit after check out. Renter forfeits $500.00 Security Deposit and $500.00 Reservation Deposit if cancellation 30 days prior to the day of your check in. Renter forfeits all funds received if cancellation within 30 days prior to day of check in. Deposit will be returned (minus $150.00 cleaning fee) within 45 days after check out barring any property damage. Holiday rates will apply for July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks. Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. Refunds will be honored for same days corresponding with official Walton County Evacuation days for inclement weather Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am.
