Gated community with direct access to low density beach (NO ROADS TO CROSS). Included are two pools (one heated) with co-located kiddie pools. Conveniently located with access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all within walking distance.

Reservations and Payment Schedule: $500.00 Security Deposit. Deposit is required to block your desired time. Remaining Rental balance of Rent plus the 7% Florida tax (only of total rent) will be due 30 days prior to the day of your check in. Please add 7% Florida State tax to all rates. A $125.00 cleaning fee will be deducted form your security deposit after check out. Renter forfeits $500.00 Security Deposit if cancellation 45 days prior to the day of your check in. Renter forfeits all funds received if cancellation within 15 days prior to day of check in. Deposit will be returned (minus $125.00 cleaning fee) within 45 days after check out barring any property damage. Holiday rates will apply for July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks. Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. Refunds will be honored for same days corresponding with official Walton County Evacuation days for inclement weather
