Dalmally cottage description

Enjoying uninterrupted views across Loch Awe to the mountains beyond `Birch-bank` is a spacious four bedroom cottage(sleeping up to 8 adults) on two levels.
The ground floor comprises a large modern kitchen with adjacent dining room(French Doors leading directly onto decking overlooking the loch). Large lounge with full length patio doors to decking. Twin bedroom. Adjacent Family bathroom. Separate toilet,Utility room and spacious entrance hall with stairs leading to first floor rooms.
The first floor comprises three large double bedrooms(two with en suite facilities).All bedrooms have spectacular views across Loch Awe, two having full height French doors with `Julliete` balconies and the third a Velux balcony system.
The property is furnished to a high standard and includes all the modern convenience equipment necessary to enjoy a relaxing hassle free holiday. Decking area leading from lounge and dining areas has table and chairs overlooking the loch. Driveway and parking for maximum of two cars. Sky/free view TV .DVD.
