Finally, depending on the season, feel free to have a Bar-b-q on the back patio (gas grill included). Again, the unit was completely refinished in October, is in perfect condition, and maintained immaculately. This unit is very versatile, as the second bedroom (two single beds) has its own private entrance to the outside. This allows it to be rented as a one bedroom, two bedroom, or even studio. Prices are all negotiable. Winter Park is the closest major ski area to the metro Denver area. It is well known by locals to have the most snowfall in the region, as well as some of the best terrain in Colorado. Beaver Village is located just 2 miles from the ski area, with shuttle service available every 30 minutes. Whether you spend a day playing in the powder, hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking or just wandering around town, make sure you take advantage of the three hot tubs, sauna and indoor pool right in the complex. The unit is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic get-away in the mountains, and at the same time large enough to easily accommodates a family of 5.
