This is the quintessential vacation home nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Everything is brand new. It has a cozy, yet rugged feel.

Enjoy 2 spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, a beautiful kitchen with a state of the art stove and granite counters. The living room has a pull-out couch that sleeps 2 additional people comfortably.

Enjoy the new television with cable, as well as the HI-FI stereo system, while sitting in front of the fire. Finally, depending on the season, feel free to have a Bar-b-q on the back patio (gas grill included). Again, the unit was completely refinished in October, is in perfect condition, and maintained immaculately.

This unit is very versatile, as the second bedroom (two single beds) has its own private entrance to the outside. This allows it to be rented as a one bedroom, two bedroom, or even studio. Prices are all negotiable.

Winter Park is the closest major ski area to the metro Denver area. It is well known by locals to have the most snowfall in the region, as well as some of the best terrain in Colorado. Beaver Village is located just 2 miles from the ski area, with shuttle service available every 30 minutes. Whether you spend a day playing in the powder, hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking or just wandering around town, make sure you take advantage of the three hot tubs, sauna and indoor pool right in the complex.

The unit is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic get-away in the mountains, and at the same time large enough to easily accommodates a family of 5. Whatever your situation is, I can assure you that this Beaver Village unit is the ideal place for a wonderful get-away. Enjoy!!!!!

  • Nicely updated condo. Heated bathroom tiled floors! Great ammenities, with resort shuttle stop in front of building. Beaver Village has a great mid point location, 1/2 way between town and resort. Front desk employees are helpfull, and knowledgeable of their town. Owner is great person to do bussiness with. Had a perfect trip!

  • Awesome condo, completely redone with top of the line amenities. Owner was wonderful to deal with. Management at clubhouse was very helpful and accomodating. Would highly recommend this unit.
