The 'Wildlife Estuary'

Location: A few minutes walk to downtown Columbia Falls, 15 minute drive to Glacier National Park, 10 minutes from Whitefish, 15 minutes to Kalispell and 20 minutes to Bigfork.
This home is located on 150 FEET OF WATER FRONTAGE just off the Flathead River. You can ‘fish’ right off the back yard or walk a hundred yards and be on the Flathead River. The views of the ‘wildlife estuary’ off your huge deck are breathtaking (see pictures). We have seen deer, otters, beavers, ducks, geese, bald eagles, coyotes, raccoons, and of course our ‘resident’ black bear and even a few grizzlies.
The main floor features a large great room with a river rock gas fireplace, comfortable new leather couches, recliner and a TV with DVD and VHS player, a large kitchen with a sit down island for four that overlooks the waterway and Columbia mountain, a dining room for 8 and a half bath. The downstairs has a master bedroom with a king size bed and jetted tub, a second bedroom with a log double bunk bed with a twin bed on top, and a third bedroom with a double futon. Additionally, there is a second full bathroom, a family room with a trundle bed that sleeps two comfortably, and a recliner and Cable TV with DVD and VHS players.
The exterior features include a large deck overlooking the water and the wildlife estuary, a beautifully groomed front yard with flower beds, and a fenced back yard with a small ‘reflecting’ pool. The backyard also has a separate, fenced gravel area for your pet if you decide to bring your ‘best friend’ along. Pets are only allowed on the ground floor of the house.

laundry room with washer and dryer, large gas BBQ, teak table on the deck w/6 chairs and a lounge chair, cable TV, 2 DVD players, 2 VHS players, jetted tub, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, ceramic cook-top stove, blender, toaster, quality pots and pans, dishes, flatware, coffee maker, supreme cooking utensils, plastic dishes and wine glasses for dining on the deck, quality towels and linens. Dining room includes placemats, napkin holders, cloth napkins and a southwestern bar with custom wine glasses and a place where you can store your wine bottles.
