This 2600 square foot custom built two-story home is comfortably furnished and surrounded by towering saguaros, mesquite trees, and lush desert vegetation.
It features an open floor design with 20-foot ceilings in the dining and living rooms, which create a wonderful feeling of space and light. Huge windows face in all directions with views of the Rincon mountains and saguaro studded desert. There are two good sized patios upstairs where you can watch the sun rise and set, and enjoy the bright stars. Birdwatchers will be thrilled by the incredible diversity and abundance of birdlife surrounding this desert oasis.
You can easily hike or bike ride from the house to a myriad of hiking trails in the nearby Saguaro National Park and take part in guided hikes and birdwatching outings in nearby Agua Caliente Park. You will enjoy the privacy of this home, set back from the road, with large porches in front, back and upstairs. Yet all your shopping needs can be met within a 10-minute drive to a shopping plaza, and the University of Arizona and all of the amenities of Tucson city life are only 20-30 minutes away.
