This two bedroom, one and one-half bath townhouse/condominium is located across the street from the beach. The condominium is situated on the second and third story of the complex.

The bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. There is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. The kitchen is open and spacious. There is a nice covered balcony off of the living-room, which faces the ocean. Here, you can sip a glass of fine California wine, watch the surfers compete for just the right wave, and feel the cool ocean breeze.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and also faces the ocean and has full view of the beach and water. The second bedroom has two twin beds and looks out toward the Eastern Mountain Range and provides an awesome view of the Bird Estuary.

When you're ready to get actively involved with your surrounding environment, it's only about 200 steps across the street to the beach and ocean.

Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided...just bring your personal things.
