AT THE RESORT --121152---E-MAIL FOR BETTER PICTURES--THE VIEWS FROM THESE CONDOS ARE AMAZING!!!! *- -- GULF VIEWS ARE JUST ONE ASPECT OF THIS RESORT---THE BAY AND ESTUARY views ARE BEYOND BELIEF-even at night, with the lights across the bay--there are great views --- Direct water views----without parking lots and cars or ANOTHER tower right in front of you-- for the same price as the "view" condos ! Probably the only condo at Portofino painted white, except for the graphite powder room, guest bath and -- guest room. The black accent walls in the kitchen add a little drama .

The condo is decorated with an eclectic mix of fun furnishings, faux skin fabrics, and original modern art by some well known artists, to create a really upscale, luxury experience not typically found in most beach rentals---- The 2nd bedroom is furnished with good quality TWIN beds that can be put together with King sheets and bedspread if twins don't work for your family--- it has a bath, flat screen tv and private balcony access--- There is a KING size bed in the MASTER BEDROOM-- and, of course, a flat screen tv----living room sofa converts to a QUEEN sleeper -
Kitchen is well outfitted and ususally includes the basics, such as salt and pepper, almost every spice you can think of, paper towels,laundry products, trash bags, etc., we try to keep basic condiments, butter, preserves, etc. in the refrigerator which guests are welcome to use --- Beach chairs and umbrella are in the condo as well as beach towels and a beach bag ---you're all set up----
