Very clean one bedroom unit with a king size bed. The living room has a full size futon that comfortably sleeps two. We have dining facilities to accommodate four at the table and three at the bar.
Our unit is supplied with quality linens and towels. Housekeeping services are not available during your stay, but can be arranged for a small fee. Ski lockers are on the same floor as the condo. Hot tub facilities are downstairs. Walk down a few steps and you are on the slopes to the best skiing in Colorado, that is, Steamboat's Champagne Powder. Storm Meadows East sits directly on Right-O-Way ski run. The condo is within walking distance to fine restaurants and shopping. There is a free bus service to grocery and downtown.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*At time of reservation, two nights lodging deposit is required to hold reservation plus $250 refundable security deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
*Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival is subject to an administrative charge of $50. No refunds 30 days or less prior to your arrival date. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
*No Smoking and No Pets. There are excellent pet boarding facilities in the area.
*The condominium is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest arrives. Additional services like mid-stay towel change and light clean can be arranged for an additional fee of $50.
*If we do not receive the correct number of keys back after your stay $15 per key will be deducted from your $250 security deposit.

The Condo exceeded our expectations. Very Clean and had all the amenities, kitchen, etc, we needed. Ski in/Ski out was handy. Owner very responsive to our needs. Will try to stay again next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

Thansk so much for allowing us to rent your condo! it was nicely furnished and has all the comforts of home...We did not want for anything!! Very convenient to the mountain and town ony a shoet drive away! We enjoyed the river trail and both hot springs! I vote Steamboat as one of the friendliest towns in America!!! thanks again...

My husband and I stayed here in July. What a nice surprise at such a reasonable price. Very clean and had nice quality linens, towels, etc. We had a problem with the internet which was deal was immediately. In the afternoon it gets pretty hot, we put a fan in front of the patio and closed the curtains, as soon as the sun went down it cooled down. We did bring an extra fan was was glad we did.
