This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained! Everything you need is within walking distance so you can actually park your car for your entire vacation! There are several great restaurants on the property along with shops and fabulous frozen yogurt! The beach is also a short walk and the pool is absolutely amazing! The owner was great to work with and very accessible at any time by phone. We will definitely stay here again in the future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Absolutely perfect size for 2-4. I usually rent at Rosemary but after finding this gem I will be staying there from now on. Immaculate and owner provides everything you need chairs,umbrella,coffee,even makeup remover. Beds are super cozy and we walked or rode our bikes everywhere. My husband and I stayed in Karen's condo for a short getaway before our baby arrives, and we were extremely pleased with the unit. It was clean and comfortable, and the location can't be beat. You can easily walk to Rosemary and several restaurants, and there is a small pool directly behind the complex. Being pregnant, I especially appreciated the free transport to the beach and larger pool, but it's an easy 5 minute walk to either if you're looking for more exercise. We would definitely return to this unit and hope to again someday.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My best friend and I escaped husbands, family, and work for a long weekend in Seacrest. The condo was perfect for us! Every detail of the studio was well thought out: exceptionally comfortable sleeper sofa, 600 thread count sheets, high-end furnishings. We were close to Rosemary, Alys, Seaside, and all of our favorite shops. The Mexican restaurant on site is highly recommended - best salsa!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We on Labor Day weekend and despite rain, we had a great time in the condo. Great location and fabulous price. The room was spotless, like new. I was initially worried about an efficiency without a kitchen, but we didn't need more. The fridge and microwave were perfect. The bed was extra comfey and even my 4 year old thought the place was "cool." The large pool is truly HUGE. It's VERY close to Rosemary Beach. Jeni's ice cream shop downstairs was a bonus!Recommended for: Families with young children.

This is an excellent place to stay. The room is neat, clean, comfortable, and centrally located to everything. In 5 minutes, you can walk to everything -- beach, pools, restaurants. About the owner: I grew up on Ft. Lauderdale beach and love being near water, so after relocating to North Florida, I decided to have my own get-away on the Emerald Coast. Although the white powdery sand beaches and sea oats are very different from South Florida beaches, I love it just the same. The upscale beaches of Seacrest and Rosemary are known for their solitude. You won't find large t-shirt and surf shops in the immediate area.
Why the Owner Chose Village of South Walton:
I bought this condo in the pre-construction phase based on architectural renderings, and I couldn't be more pleased with the Seacrest/Rosemary and surrounding beaches. When I make the 2-hour drive for a beach weekend, I feel any stress just melt away. I hope the same for you if you decide to avail yourself of the beautiful Emerald Coast Beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love the peace and quiet of Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys Beaches, one of the primary reasons I bought in this area...that, and the upscale feel of the developments which are unique in comparison to some of the other beaches in the area. However, you're within easy driving distance for a little night time excitement or all-day shopping expeditions. Staying in Seacrest is the best of all worlds.
