Just steps away from the Gondola to Heavenly Ski Resort, our third floor, two bedroom residence at Marriott’s Grand Residence Club has a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and spacious living room.
The master bedroom has a king bed, cozy gas fireplace, small balcony overlooking the pool with mountain views, and separate bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and a separate full-size bathroom. The common living area features the kitchen, breakfast bar, six seat dining area, gas fireplace, queen-size sofa-bed, two window seats that convert to twin-size beds, and a full bathroom. Our approximately 1340 square foot unit comfortably sleeps six to eight. Each of the three rooms has a separate entrance for privacy but can be accessible through "lockout" doors between the rooms. All three rooms have cable TV, DVD player, and phone.
The Marriott Grand Residence Club features a large year round heated swimming pool with two outdoor spas, state-of-the-art health club with sauna, and fully-equipped fitness center. There is also a fee-based onsite spa with massage therapy, facials, and body treatments.
The Marriott Grand Residence Club is located in the Heavenly Village with a variety of restaurants, boutique shops, ski rental, and multi-screen movie theater. Additional retail stores, coffee houses, and a major food supermarket is located across the street. Nightlife and casinos are within walking distance.
By renting directly from us, you will save hundreds of dollars from Marriott’s published rates, have free underground valet parking for two vehicles ($17 per day for additional vehicles), and access to the owners’ recreational lounge and library. A one-time departure cleaning fee, currently $104, is paid directly to Marriott at check out. The price does not include daily maid service (towel, garbage, and tidying up), however optional daily or midweek cleaning is available through Marriott for an additional fee. |
