This lovely, bright house is located in a quiet, eastside neighborhood of Tucson. With 1700 square feet there is plenty of room to spread out in the beautiful, comfortable furnishings. The home is filled with sunlight for open southwest living.
The location for golfers is terrific. Walk out the back patio gate to the18th hole of Rolling Hills Golf Course, a fun but challenging par 63 course. Enjoy the lovely patio after playing golf or adventuring for cocktails and barbecuing.

Play memory stick photos of your adventures in the 32” Sony Wega TV or burn CD’s or DVD’s in the computer set up in the family room (Computer/printer/ scanner, internet service and a large array of software programs is provided). Another unique feature is a personal reference book. The area’s attractions and local services from grocery stores, where to buy fish or wine, and great restaurants are easy to find with maps to these locations from this house.

The master bedroom features a pillow-top queen bed, dressing area, a walk-in closet, and separate shower room with a tall toilet. Another bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bedroom/office has a twin bed, executive size teak desk and sunlight filtered by beautiful French sheer draperies.

Tennis courts and a park are within walking distance. It is also within a few miles of major shopping malls, wonderful restaurants and hiking locations, including Sabino Canyon.
