Chateau Acadian #114 is a very large 3-bedroom townhome which was just remodeled. It has all new furniture throughout, 1950 sq ft, 2 luxuriously appointed baths, and it comfortably sleeps 12 people. This condo is situated on the western edge of the famous Keystone Ski and Golf Resort, in a forested area with a wonderfully musical and scenic MOUNTAIN BROOK flowing right by the front porch during the summer. As one of 16 big townhomes, located near the junction of Hwy. 6 and Swan Mt. Rd, the road to Breckenridge and Frisco, it is approximately 15 minutes from each of these towns. It is 3.5 miles from the town of Dillon and the City Market grocery store, and 4.5 miles from Silverthorne with its 80+ factory outlet stores. Lake Dillon is an easy 3 block walk and the 80-mile Summit County bike path runs right by the property. The free Summit Stage has a stop nearby and wildlife is abundant on and around the property. The extensive common areas include 2 indoor hot tubs, a large sauna, a recreation room with a Ping-Pong table, a pocket park by the brook with a picnic table and horseshoe pits, a quiet lounge with a grand piano, and a complex of huge party decks with a gas grill and picnic tables. For your convenience there is an on-site manager, and free high-speed wireless Internet access is provided as well.
Chateau Acadian #114’s large living room has all new furniture, ample seating including a huge convertible sofa that makes up into a queen bed, a big 60” HD TV, CD player, a Blu Ray DVD/Play Station 3 unit, and a wood-burning fireplace. A big wall of windows open onto a private deck with views toward Lake Dillon and the snow-capped Gore Mt. Range.
The U-shaped kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need; new full-size appliances including a glass-top range with a double oven and a French door refrigerator, lots of cabinets, spacious countertops, and dishes, glassware, and silverware top the list. It is also fully stocked with big pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, ovenware, blender, etc. It even has a special wine chiller fridge as well. The big dining room table seats 8+ and the adjacent kitchen seats 4 at a doublewide countertop. There is also a table, benches, and a full-size gas grill on the scenic back deck.
Each of the 2 large upstairs bedrooms has a big bed (one a king, the other a queen) LCD TV, and French doors that open onto a small private deck. The master bedroom also has a stone fireplace, and mountain views. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a LCD TV. Plus there is a fun, 2 room sleeping loft (ladder) with a bunk bed (2 twins), a twin daybed, an extra twin mattress, and a TV.
There is a new designer ¾ bath on the main floor with heated tile floors and a body spray shower. The gorgeous new second floor bathroom boasts of a space-age enclosed whirlpool tub (the Pod!) with back and foot massage, 2 person steam shower, acupuncture jets, aromatherapy, and a LCD TV with IPOD adapter. In addition to all this there is a separate bath tub and double sinks. The in-unit laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, and a 120 gal. hot water heater with an efficient water pre-heater for virtually unlimited hot water. Closets are large and spacious, and the bed linen, towels and a start up supply of paper goods are provided. All 4 decks are completely or partially covered for use in any weather and to keep the ample supply of firewood dry. Also #114 is located directly across a quiet hallway from the spa room with its 2 hot tubs and sauna.
Everything you come to the Colorado mountains to do is within just a few minutes of this townhouse. This excellent location is within a very short walking distance of a huge lake, a rushing mountain river; an 80-mile-long bike path runs right beside the property, an award-winning golf course makes a crescent around the neighborhood, a mountain stream with its own pocket park runs right through this small complex. Ski four different ski areas with the nearest lifts only one-and-one-half miles away and a FREE shuttle bus with a stop nearby will transport you to all four.
