Our Beach Haven, New Jersey townhome-style unit is a lovely reverse living style home with two levels and with two private decks. Enjoy views of bay, ocean, and sunsets. Once you are "Home" no need for the car! Walk to the beach two blocks away, Fantasy Island Amusement Park,Bay Village three blocks away, live theatre and concerts, shopping and excellent restaurants and pubs.

Take the daily free bus service to Atlantic City or take a boat ride. Go fishing and crabbing from a great dock a few blocks away. There is also a boat ramp with access to Barnegat Bay four blocks away. Bird sanctuary at the South end of the island is only 2 miles away. You are three blocks south of Fantasy Island Amusement Park with waterslides, rides, games, shops ball field and bay beach.

Also located 3 blocks from pharmacy and full service supermarket and bank. If you drive back off the island you will find Costco,BJS,Target,Walmart, Home Depot,Lowes, Shoprite, Pathmark ,TJMaxx and much more! Cape May, Atlantic City, Wildwood and Smithville a short ride away!

This home offers all the amenities of suburban living but in a small town setting with an ocean / bay and a lot of charm. Central air,cable,HBO/Cinemax included. The property is quite large, off the boulevard on a quiet street next to million dollar homes. There are two decks, a large one facing the bay and marina, and a smaller one facing the ocean. The island is only 3 1/2 blocks wide at this point.

The home is very new looking in and out with NEW* hardwood floors,*NEW kitchen with granite countertops!!New brick paver patio,New sofas,bedding, appliances, dishes, silverware.
