Charming Cottage By The Sea is 2 lots from Intracoastal and 2 lots from Ocean, with deeded access to both. Our cottage is in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in between the beautiful waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal. Private dock awaits you for boating or just for a leisure afternoon, with a beautifully secluded beach with shelling, great waves and your own piece of paradise. Our newly built home has beautiful, intricately laid stone tiled floors and hard wood floors throughout.
The Master Bedroom suite has a large walk-in closet plus a gentleman's closet. There is also a large walk-in shower and bath. The other 2 guest rooms sleep up to 4 per room. The large 50 inch TV has a VCR/DVD combination. There is a heated outdoor shower for those great trips to the beach.
Downtown Melbourne has wonderful antique shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and much more of South Florida appeal. Vero beach, just a 30 minute drive away, has the highly recommended outlet mall. Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World are one hour and 15 minutes drive away. Kennedy Space Center is 30 minutes away.
