  • The apartment was clean & spacious at a very good price point and having the beautiful Carribbean water just beyond the patio was fabulous. It was a real treat to simply walk down the quiet beach to many fine restaurants.

  • we have been to St. Martin many times, and love staying in Grand Case. This apt. is spacious, very comfortable, kept clean, has everything we need! can't beat the view with the beachfront patio. full kitchen with appliances incl. coffee maker, microwave, full size refrigerator, even clothes washer. very private area of the beach with comfortable lounge chairs! numerous fantastic restaurants, bakery, markets within walking distance. Zuzu is always the most gracious host!

  • My wife and I recently enjoyed an excellent holiday here. Arrangements with Zuzu were simple and the unit was exactly what we were looking for. The view of the beach and across to Anguilla is stunning. Bakery, deli and many fine restaurants are within very close walking distance. The Grand Case beach is excellent, but the location also serves as a good base to explore the other fine beaches on St. Martin. We will certainly return again soon!

  • We have spent most of February at Pavillon Beach in each of the past five years and enjoy it more each time we return. The condos are located on the beach; world-renowned restaurants and unique shopping are a short walk (five minutes) away in the village of Grand Case. If you are looking for a relaxed pace, good food and excellent ocean swimming, Pavillon is an excellent choice for a visit. The units are clean, bright and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

  • We stayed in Apt. 1 at the Beach Pavilion for 9 nights in February, 2009 and were extremely pleased. The apartment is spacious and well maintained and the terrace on the beach was wonderful. The apt. was well supplied with cooking materials and cleaning staff thorough and friendly. Clean towels and linens were provided every other day. The terrace is shaded most of the day and is comfortable and cool. Definitely a place we will return to--very pleasant.
