Very quiet part of development away from traffic. Quiet 2nd floor location where you won't hear neighbors. Kierland Greens Villas is in the hottest area of Scottsdale with some of the best restaurants, bars and golf courses in Phoenix/ Scottsdale. Kierland Greens fronts 27 hole Westin Kierland Golf Course. Walking distance to upscale Kierland Commons outdoor shopping district. Walking distance to 2 grocery stores and countless great restaurants.
Use caution in Kierland Greens. Fantastic neighborhood but many units front a very busy street so make sure you ask before booking elsewhere!

Why the Owner Chose Kierland Greens
Initially we bought in Scottsdale for the practical reasons of having to reinvest money from a sold rental property and Phoenix is so easy and inexpensive to fly to from our home in Denver. We can't believe how fortunate we were to get some good advice from a friend who spends winters there. We stayed in the area for a weekend, fell in love with it and immediately bought our vacation home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Location, Location, Location. We love being able to walk to some of the best restaurants in Scottsdale. We love having a resort style pool right outside our door. We love the convenience of being close to what seems like a million golf courses. We love the large size of our vacation home that allows us fit guests comfortably and still have an office to escape to when needed. We love being close to freeways so we can go anywhere in Arizona easily.
Meticulously manicured course that is part of the Troon Group of courses.
Gorgeous hotel makes for a great destination for evening walks. At sunset walk over for the bonfire and bagpipes.
All sorts of upscale shopping and some of the best restaurants in Scottsdale.

We live most of the year in Colorado but love to travel the world. We invest in real estate in Colorado, Montana and Mexico in addition to Arizona. We spent our entire careers as community bankers working for the same company for over 20 years. We both worked our way up from the bottom of the totem pole to senior management levels in one of the most highly respected companies in Colorado. We have been incredibly fortunate to be able to live the life we have and want to share our vacation home with you.

We needed a month long rental this summer while we waited for our next home to be remodeled. This property more than met our expectations. Very nicely appointed with everything one would need to feel at home. We have a teenage son and appreciated the den with futon to give us extra space. The condo actually felt more spacious to us than the photos reflected. The location can't be beat with all the great restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner is extremely helpful and we highly recommend.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We are having a GREAT time.Your condo is superior and the amenities for your guests are second to none. The extras are very much appreciated.We have been coming to the Kierland area for 10 years. Nine of them in this location. You are the winner…hands down.

Hi, Tom. Thanks for sending the deposit check back so quickly. And I hope your maid was able to get in the condo early enough to be able to get done when she needed to. We absolutely loved the condo. I wrote in your Guest Book that yours was the best condo I've stayed in during my Scottsdale visits--I've been going for a number of years. I can't think of anything I could ask for in the condo that you didn't have. Even a bathroom scale to keep me aware of all the food I was eating! Most places I've stayed at feel like vacation condos--yours felt like a home. Also liked the location close to the pool and far from the noise from the main road. Thanks so much. No problems at all--hopefully, if you are still willing to do a 2-week rental, we can stay there again next summer. Marcia Moore

My brother and I had a very nice time in your condo, which is first-class. We had a couple of friends over and they were equally impressed. We wouldn't hesitate to rent your condo again next year if conditions call for it.

We returned home to rain and cold weather on Saturday, and I already miss beautiful Scottsdale and Kierland Greens Villas. It truly was an ideal location within Scottsdale, and such a wonderful place to just relax and have some quiet time with family. We absolutely loved the location of your unit, and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fitness room regularly. We also found that others in the Villas were very friendly, whether owners or short-term vacation renters...what a great community you have there.

We really enjoyed our trip to Scottsdale, despite some cool and cloudy days! The condo was lovely and perfect for our family of five – just like a well-furnished home away from home, we found your condo, the grounds, and pool just wonderful! We hated to leave, and as I mentioned in the guest book, after staying in such a spacious, comfortable place with everything we needed for our week, it will be difficult to go back to hotel-type lodging; we’d love to visit again!

We truly enjoyed staying at your accommodation and had a great time over there. It was comfortable, clean and luxury throughout. We played golf a lot and relaxed at the swimming pool afterwards. We did BBQ several times as well. 6 days went rather too quick for us. We loved Scottsdale and definitely will come back sometime again. Please keep your condo for rental in future as well!
