We had a wonderful time during our stay at this condo. This condo is the largest 2 bedroom that we have ever stayed in. The layout was excellent. This is more than enough room for eight people. The amenities at the splash resort are so great for young kids. My kids enjoyed the kids night out and making tie dye shirts. The pictures of this condo is exactly what you will get. It is beautiful. We would stay here again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had an excellent time in your home away from home. Everything was underdescribed as to how well equipted your condo was and the decorating decor was very upscale. The kitchen was as equipted, if not better, than our own. We have stayed in many condos while on vacation and you had so much more there to offer than most every one we have stayed in. The girls (4 and 7) loved the bunks (fought over the top though) and the games and puzzles were appreciated in down time. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely nice to sleep on. Having 2 beautiful views from either bedroom was very unique as most 2 bedrooms only have one ocean view in condos we have been in. 1500+ sq feet is nice for personal space too. The pools and water park in the lower part of the building are very clean and nice. Kids loved it. The hot tub was nice as well and you are able to look at the ocean while sitting in the hot tub or while in one of the several pools (1 heated). You get to watch the sun Set and rise if you choose and the view and sound of the ocean is right there for you to see and hear. The owners went overboard in accomadating and were quick to respond. I would not hesitate to stay with them again if we need a comfortable place to stay in Panama city, Fl. Thanks again for sharing this fabulous home away from home with us.

Our stay at 407 west could not have been better. The condo is clean and very well equiped for families. Debbie is delightful to work with. She provided info on places to buy groceries as well as the best route to take from the north to get there. The location is excellent. You are 2 miles from Pier Park. It has a large variety of restaurants and shops. Splash provides daily free activities for children and has a "dive in" movie on Friday and Saturday nights.We had 4 adults and 3 children in our group and had plenty of room. The view is to die for and the 4th floor location works very well if you want to use the stairs.(I'm into fitness, so it was perfect for me.) The photos you see in the listing are what you get. I would highly recommend this property for families with children.
