UPDATED FURNITURE! Your home away from home. Sofa with queen size aero-bed type mattress, love seat, dining table, bar stools. The condo has had crown molding installed in 2009. Two balconies overlook the pool and ocean. Fabulous views of the surf, AS SEEN IN PICTURE. One deck off the master bedroom is furnished with Adirondack chairs. Other off the living room is set up as "Tiki Bar" with high seating.
Huge master bedroom has a king-size bed and private full bath. Private second bedroom has a queen-size bed and there is a full bath adjacent. NO "THIS END UP" or wicker type furniture. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed.
HIGH SPEED INTERNET HOOK UP PROVIDED. Three cable TVs (2 have digital cable). Two VCRs, two DVD players, stereo cassette, and CD player. Video library and ample board games. Beach chairs. Coin-op laundry facilities. Non-smoking.
The complex features oceanside pool, not heated but available nine months out of the year. Poolside restrooms. Poolside rinse-off shower. No streets to cross to reach pool or beach. Large grassy courtyard area, perfect for kids to play while you watch them from the decks. Several picnic tables and charcoal grills (tools provided!) Convenient assigned parking spot. Loads of overflow parking spaces in unmarked lot. Outer Banks offer several golf courses, and fishing from beach, piers, or boats.

This is our 3d year down to Colony by the Sea, and this is by far the most beautiful unit we have stayed in. We had a truly magically time and hope to rent again next summer. Thank you for opening up your lovely beachside oasis to our family. Wamest Regards -

We love your place! We saw the fox, cats, dolphinss and a deer in the tennis court. One morning we crabbed with chicken necks at the Town Park pier and caught 100 crabs in one hour but kept only the 10 biggest ones! Had a blast, Wonderful memories. Walked the grounds at the Whalehead Club and the lighthouse in Corlla - lots of photo opportunities. We like your comfy living room couches, your deck bar stools.your big green coffee cups, everything in the master bedroom, your fabulous books on Duck, having 3 TVs, the master shower head, the kitchen counter, the pictures on the walls and on and on. We appreciated it all.

Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful condo with us. It's so great to be on the ocean again. There's nothing like watching the waves and being at peace. This is our third time at Duck and the second in this condo. We will definitely be back next year.

The two worst days of the year are 1) leaving OBX and 2) the end of summer. Looks like we are hitting both this weekend. This is our 3rd time in this condo and it did not disappoint! We had three good beach days and lots of fun sunsets and the grille, driving down Corova Beach all the way to VA and the Wright Brother's Memorial to name just of few. We saw five wild horses! lst time!

Your condo is great! The view is just amazing! Than you both for sharing your beautiful hom with my family. We hope to be back next year. The boys are already asking if we can stay for two weeks. We all had a wonderful time as a family. Hope to be back in 2009

We had a beautiful vacation here. The condo is lovely condo, beautifully decorated, amazingly equipped, and very nicely kept. Lovely position and views of the ocean. Off the main road, quiet and relaxing. The owner is very responsive, available, and wonderful to deal with. We hope to stay there again in the future. I highly recommend it!

April 27-30 Highly recommend this 2 bdrm condo with all of the extra touches you could imagine and then some. Second floor so consider steps but the condo is above and beyond your average condo. Centrally located in Duck for convenience, access to pool and beach so easy. The tiki bar on one of the balconies is terrific. We have rented condos in Myrtle Beach for over 20 years and this owner goes beyond thoughtfulness. The condo is excellently equipped. Our long weekend getaway was just perfect for April.
