Imagine watching glorious sunsets from the privacy of your own beautiful lakeside home! Our beautiful villa is west facing which means that you can enjoy the sun from morning until sundown.
Situated in the gated community of Briarwood, the villa is only 10 minutes by car from Fifth Avenue, Tin City and the famous white sandy beaches of Naples. Guests are welcome to make use of the tennis courts, volleyball court and large community pool. Briarwood is very close to supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants and ATMs. There are numerous golf courses nearby as well as easy access to shopping and outlet malls. There are plenty of watersports available locally and a water park with flumes and a lazy river, open at weekends and every day in the summer is an easy 5 minute drive. Busch Gardens and Adventure Isalnd in Tampa are a 2 hour drive away.
Our lovely villa is beautifully furnished, fully airconditioned and equipped with all you will need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, walk-in closet, private bath with oversized shower, large soaking tub, twin vanity and private lavatory. The bedroom has a large TV, wired and wireless internet connection, clock radio and access to the screened in lanai and pool. The pretty second bedroom has a double bed, closet, clock radio and access to lanai and pool. The spacious third bedroom has twin beds, closet and clock radio. The second and third bedrooms share a bath with shower, tub, vanity and lavatory.
The large living area and master bedroom have vaulted ceilings and all rooms have ceiling fans. The living room has sofas seating 6 and a large cable TV with DVD and VCR. There is a selection of games and books for guest use. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated oven, microwave refrigerator and dishwasher. It has beautiful granite counter tops. The separate utility room has washer and dryer and access to the double garage. Alongside the kitchen is a breakfast nook with glorious views over the pool and the lake beyond and access to the screened lanai and pool. There is a separate formal dining area off the living room.
The three sliding patio doors in the living room slide right back and open up to provide perfect access to the screened lanai and pool. The oversized pool deck has table, chairs and modern, comfortable sun loungers, and a shaded area to escape the sun, The pool has both solar and electric heating. This ensures that the pool can be used throughout the year. The screened lanai has a fine mesh to keep insects out but lets the sun in! The pool, which faces west, overlooks the largest lake in Briarwood and many happy hours may be spent in watching the wildlife and wonderful sunsets.
The villa has wireless internet access so you can even use your laptop throughout, even by the pool! Our home, garden and pool are professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year. BBQ, crib, High chair and golf clubs are available on request. Our local agent offers a 24/7 emergency phone service should any problems arise.

We visited Florida several times when the children were quite young and after a few years we "found" Naples! After a couple of visits we decided we would purchase a property because we knew we wanted to visit every year! And we have!

We love our vacation home and look forward to our visits so much. Our home has a beautiful view across the large lake and there is nothing better than sitting in the lanai, watching the sun going down! Briarwood is so peaceful, our home feels very private and we have some lovely neighbours.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in this Briarwood home. It was the perfect setting to enjoy some quiet time after visiting with my extended family that live in the Naples area. The walk to the neighborhood park was pleasant and not too far. The home was clean and well maintained. The owner quickly responded to our email questions. The property management was responsive to all questions. We would stay here again!

An excellent holiday home in a a secure, private and well maintained development close to the beautiful beaches of Naples. The property is particularly well positioned facing south west and overlooking a large lake.We found the property to be accurately described and it's owner (Simon) was very prompt and clear on all aspects of our booking and follow up. All in all a very good choice for a lovely family holiday.

Glorious sunsets and private, comfortable pool area make this property extra special. The home is nicely furnished and well equipped. This home is very clean, very comfortable and in a very nice community. The lanai and pool area became our favorite place for rest and relaxation The sunsets over the lake are breathtaking. Naples has many things to do including beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. It is convenient to other areas suh as Marco Island and Fort Myers/Sanibel. Will definitely return.

On arrival we found the house in immaculate condition and immediately felt at home. The photos on the web were accurate and the view over the lake was beautiful. The whole place radiated peace and calm; just what we needed. The location could not be better with main amenities (supermarket, restaurant etc) within 5 minutes drive. Downtown Naples and beaches about 20 minutes steady drive. We had a couple of minor queries which were dealt with quickly and in a most helpful manner by the letting agents and we had a phone call from the Owner enquiring if everything was in order. I like that sort of service. We would not hesitate to recommend the house to friends or relatives and I suppose the best recommendation is that we cannot wait to go back.
