This 2006 built 2300 square foot home is truly a seaside retreat. Minutes from the ocean, this home overlooks the tranquil marsh with abundant wildlife. With five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this home can easily accommodate 12 people. The larger master has a private screened porch overlooking the marsh. It also has a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate marble shower. The second master has a desk and is set up for DSL access for those of you that like to take your work with you. The family room has a 42 in. flat screen television complete with surround sound. Large sliding doors leading to the deck provide a beautiful view of the marsh. Enjoy cooking up your favorite low-country recipe in the huge gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is appointed with all the necessities from home. Upstairs has three additional bedrooms, each with their own private bath. Walk our 3 1/2 miles of uncrowded beach, take an early morning run on the scenic nature trail, go fishing, boating, kayaking, or take a swim in one of our many pools. Play tennis on clay or hard courts, sign up for the daily drills or take a clinic. Rent a bike, scooter or golf cart and tour the island. Enjoy delectable Low country recipes, served just right in our restaurants. Younger vacationers will love 'Kids Night Out,' a popular themed dinner party every Wednesday and Friday night throughout the summer. Give the kids a day at Camp Fripp and go read a book on the beach. This is your vacation, experience every minute of every day, and take home a pocketful of memories

Our family rented this beautiful home for our son's graduation from USMC Parris Island MCRD. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautifully decorated and spacious house. We felt at home and very relaxed. We were amazed at all the wildlife walking through the yard and enjoyed 10, 8, and 6 point bucks as well as several doe roaming through the yard. We would recommend this rental property and the owner was a delight to work with. Thanks so much from our family for making this special occassion even more special!
