The Aegean is located on 300 feet of pristine private beach with only 80 units and has a history as one of the most popular condominiums in Destin. The units are spacious, and the large 40 foot balcony facing south looks out over snow- white powdered sands and crystal clear blue water. Perfect for sunning both in summer and in winter. Unit 220 has been remodeled with tile floors, mirrored closets, raised ceilings and new drapes and area carpets.
We owners are local and will accommodate you as renters. We have entertained guests from Europe for many years and welcome the international guest. The Aegean has a majority of non- rental units so our residents keep an orderly but friendly complex. A full time security staff insures your privacy.

My husband and 2 young children spend 5 days here and loved it. The condo is kid friendly. We enjoyed being right on the beach. The amenities of the complex were great. I stayed at the Aegean as a teen and was thrilled to bring my family here and have the same great experience.
