The two well boat dock includes one 10X24 slip for your own boat, or for your friends to ride over to your place for a visit. A swim platform with slide, patio furniture and ladder. (A boat launch is located in the back of the cove.)
The house is in beautiful condition - large kitchen and eat-in area. Floor to ceiling windows located in the living room area with a big screen TV for watching games, movies, etc. Three bedrooms have ample space. Two and a half full baths allow for privacy.
