Classy Condo

This condo was exceptionally clean, has been completely remodeled and decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. It was like staying in a hotel, but much better, because it was a condo. The pools are nearby and very nice. There are mountain biking trails right up the street. There are play areas for the kids, tennis, and much more. We will definitely return. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Thanks Penny for letting us stay in your beautiful condo! We were so comfortable and had every thing we needed! Everything was beautiful and so cozy, we could have stayed forever! We heard very little noise on the third floor, but those who have a hard time getting up and down to the third floor should be aware. We would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. We have stayed at the Sports Village before but this was our best overall experience. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were great and the resort staff were very nice. The owners are very easy to deal with and I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to enjoy the St. George area. We hope to book this condo every year for my annual St. George condo.

We used this Condo for 5 days. My first impression was how clean it was. It was incredibly comfortable to just hang out in. I really enjoyed the new appliances and furnishing of the Condo. The Grounds were well taken take. It was really nice to have an 18 year old and over pool to relax by. My children have tournaments in St. George and I have stayed in Sports Village 3 times and by far this was our best experience. This condo made the difference. I will use this one again and again. We enjoyed our stay at this tastefully decorated and very comfortable condo. The amenities available to us were endless and we appreciate Penny for working with us at such late notice. We took advantage of the beauty of Zion and after a long day of hiking, we were so happy to find the beds so comfortable. The unit was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals. This one is at the top of our list of favorite VRBO locations and will hope we can find it available in the future.

We stayed for 5 days in this very nice, fully furnished, two bedroom condo. The grandkids loved the pools, hot tub, basketball, and tennis (all at no charge!). The photos accurately showed the condo. Everything was like new, clean and in great shape. This is a GREAT condo for your family. Covered parking. Nice deck with BBQ! We will try to stay here again.

Hi Penny, We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in St. George in your beautiful condo. It is very well located with ample room for us and our son and daughter-in-law. My daughter-in-law wanted me to especially comment on the beautiful decorating. We've been mostly on the go, spending a day in Zion's, another day down in Nevada at the Valley of Fire and slipping into Las Vegas for a couple of hours and today it is time to head for home. Thanks again. We'll be remembering your place another time when we want to get some sunshine in.

We just spent a wonderful two-night stay at this condo. It is everything that it says in the description. We were able to relax in the condo, sleep well at night, and enjoy the nice amenities at the clubhouse. The condo was clean and organized, with plenty of helpful things you don't normally think about (they had toys for our children to play with)! We would (and will) stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Unit in Great Location

After a week of touring and staying in hotels for 2 nights at a time it was lovely to arrive at this comfortable,well appointed condo in St George. The unit was well furnished ,spotlessly clean and very comfortable (especially the bed ). With a balcony that got the sun all day with pleasant views of distant hills and well kept gardens and on-site amenities you could relax. St George is also very handy to tour the many scenic sights in South Utah without to much travel. The owners made the booking process very easy,providing a quick, professional and friendly service Would definitly use again if we return to the area

I stayed at your condo in April and was impressed with the how quiet and well maintained it was. It was such a comfortable atmosphere. I loved the beautiful furniture. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, something that is a must for me! I had even forgot my fan, and was so surprised to see that one was provided. Penny and Dave have really thought of everything! I will definately be back!

Nice, Well-maintained, Clean, Convenient condo for experiencing Southern Utah

My husband, sister, and I spend almost 2 weeks at this condo for our spring vacation/training camp, and it was perfect! Penny and Dave made it very convenient (love the keyless/keypad entry!). We explored Southern Utah via bicycle, with awesome rides to Gunlock, Veyo, Zion NP, Spring Valley, Ironman St. George bike course, etc. We were able to use the 25yd outdoor lap pool at Sports Village and the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center to get our swim workouts in. Right behind Sports Village, there were miles and miles of MTB/running trails. We had evening meals on the deck with a great view of the snow-tipped mountains (2 good groceries down the street). It is located a few miles from downtown St. George where there are nice galleries and restaurants. I was pleased to fine a very good hot yoga studio (Be Yoga on Bluff St.), and a very helpful bike shop (red rock bicycles) in town as well. Thank you for a great vacation!

This is a great condo with beautiful furnishings and everything you could possible need. We felt more at home here than just about anywhere else we have ever stayed. And, it is centrally located to all the best St. George has to offer. I'm sure that you will also be pleased.

We stayed in sunny St. George at this condo for 2 nights. The accomodations were excellent! The kitchen is large, well appointed with a huge dining table. The master suite was huge with a comfy, comfy bed and huge master bathroom suite. Everything was decorated tastefully and made you feel at home. I felt like I was staying with an old friend. I have recommended this property to many of my friends and family. I hope to return soon!

One of the best units in Sports Village

We visit the Sports Village at Green Valley several times per year. The Sports Village is more enjoyable for us than Las Palmas because of the more relaxed vibe and smaller scale. The Sports Village has also recently renovated their pool and tennis areas making them much more attractive than before (we spend much of our time in these areas during our visits). However, renting in the Sports Village is a bit more tricky because of the chance of renting a worn-out and outdated condo. No worries about that issue when staying in this unit. This condo was by far the best one we have stayed in at the Sports Village over the last ten years. Recently remodeled, recarpeted and refurnished, this condo was a delight to stay in. LCD TV's in each bedroom and a plasma in the main room. Nice bedding and furnishings. Pride of ownership is evident in this unit. My only hesitation is that by praising this condo I may have a harder time finding availability when we visit St. George again. We will definitely rent this unit again on our next visit! Thanks for letting us stay in your marvelous condo!

This was our first time in this condo and in Sports Village. We loved both. The condo is well furnished for a nice getaway and conveniently located near but not in St. George. We ate breakfast on the patio to a beautiful view. This will be our first choice for future trips to Southern Utah.

We were very pleased with this condo. The bathrooms & closets were large. It was clean. We slept well. We felt safe & comfortable. We did not see one bug (that's very important to us). The price was great too. It had everything we needed. One of our children said "This is the coolest house ever!"

We loved the condo rather then staying in a small hotel room while traveling it was very large and the price was great. We had stayed here for 5-nights in September 2008. We felt like it was home away from home after a long day at the National Parks it was very relaxing and a safe place to stay. In the evening we would take a walk around the complex late at night, everyone was friendly. Walmart isn’t too far away so we went grocery shopping and cooked in two nights and the kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The décor in the condo was beautiful and tasteful. It was nice to see they had two TV’s, at different times the men like to watch shows that the ladies didn’t so everyone was happy. The beds were very comfortable needless to say we slept well. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as it came in very handy also. We didn’t use the facilities activities in the resort. St. George is a very nice area and growing all the time. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us we thoroughly enjoyed it. We left your place and moved on to Flagstaff, AZ for the next five days and stayed in another condo which was nice but not as nice as yours. I guess we got a little spoiled :)Harry & PamBob & Jackie

We really enjoyed our stay in St George. The facility was very clean and comfortable. It had about everything you need. It was nice to have a place that we could come to and relax after a day of touring. We always enjoy coming to St George and will definite consider this condo again. Thanks for your great hospitality. Just an FYI. You might want to have the AC unit checked because we noticed that it made quite a noise when it started and shut off. Other than that we had a great time. Thank you again.
