This three bedroom, three bath, lake home is located on the Northwest end of Gull Lake. One-hundred-fifty feet of lakeshore, two and a half acres of wooded privacy, a huge deck looking Southeast over Gull Lake, and a large patio dock for hanging out on the water.
Located ten miles North of Brainerd and four miles Southwest of Nisswa just a half mile South of Bar Harbor and the public boat launch. Boat rental is available at the Causeway Crystal Pierz Marina just two-thirds of a mile.
This home is fully furnished and equipped with the finest of furniture, televisions, and sound system. Upper level offers large Master bedroom, two baths, and a very comfortable living room with fireplace and splendid lake views. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area and the cabin room for additional dining and watching TV. The deck is huge and will accommodate 12 for dinner. There is a grill and deck fireplace, a wet bar and gorgeous views of the lake.
There are two bedrooms on the lower level with a three-quarters bath and also a game room with a pool table and game table. Walkout to play croquet, bocceball, volleyball, or other yard games.
Enjoy the two-person hot tub, fishing off the 16 by 16 patio dock and watching the loons and this year's 12 baby ducks. This is a very comfortable and quiet place to be. The fun rating depends on how active you chose to be.
We have a property manager to check you in and out. You will need to bring your own bedding, towels, food, drink, and charcoal. We supply firewood, laundry facilities, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies and equipment.
