Accommodations: Beach House - 3 Bedrooms + Loft - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 6-8)

Nice swimming and snorkeling out front; your own smallisland to explore too! - Utila, Bay Islands, Honduras Vacation House The spacious Sea Breeze Beach House provides you the perfect location for your upcoming vacation in the tropics. The large covered outdoor deck directly overlooks the beach, and comes with 6 hammocks, perfect for lazing about your days. With a large common-room area and open floor plan with a newly renovated modern kitchen, this is a great house for families, or couples and friends traveling together. Located on a beach in a quiet residential area, Sea Breeze Beach House sit directly in front of excellent snorkeling. You are literally steps from the ocean, with completely unobstructed views and direct ocean access. The small island out front is great for exploring above or below land. The three bedroom, 2 bath (1 with hot water) house is ideal for six people, but can sleep up to eight (bedrooms for 6pp, with 2pp able to sleep in the loft upstairs). There is a king bed in one bedroom, a double in the other, and two twins in the third bedroom, with an additional double avialable for the loft upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, and utensils for needed for a quick bite or a full meal. Cabinetry and other upgrades were completely remodeled in August 2007. If you are looking to enjoy an unspoiled tropical island that offers great diving and snorkeling and a host of other activities, the Sea Breeze Beach House is an ideal location to take in the beauty and relaxing atmosphere of Utila. NOTE: The main deck is not railed in. While this allows for excellent unobstructed views, it is not suitable for younger children.

Rates listed are for up to 6pp; $75 USD extra charge/person/wk; up to 8
AC to be installed soon; once in place, rates to be $175/nt; $975/wk
*A 16% tax is add'l. *20% addl added for holiday wks (Easter, Christmas,New Years)
Checks and credit cards accepted via Paypal. 1% fee added to cards outside of USA.
50% Deposit Required to Hold Reservation; Remainder due 30 nts before check-in.
US $200 Security Required At or Before Check-in.
Cancellation & Refund: 30 nts written notice, $175 cancellation fee.
