The spacious Sea Breeze Beach House provides you the perfect location for your upcoming vacation in the tropics.
The large covered outdoor deck directly overlooks the beach, and comes with 6 hammocks, perfect for lazing about your days. With a large common-room area and open floor plan with a newly renovated modern kitchen, this is a great house for families, or couples and friends traveling together.
Located on a beach in a quiet residential area, Sea Breeze Beach House sit directly in front of excellent snorkeling. You are literally steps from the ocean, with completely unobstructed views and direct ocean access. The small island out front is great for exploring above or below land.
The three bedroom, 2 bath house is ideal for six people. There is a king bed in one bedroom, a queen in the other, and two twins in the third bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, and utensils for needed for a quick bite or a full meal. Cabinetry and other upgrades were completely remodeled in August 2007.New flat panel TV and living room furniture.
If you are looking to enjoy an unspoiled tropical island that offers great diving and snorkeling and a host of other activities, the Sea Breeze Beach House is an ideal location to take in the beauty and relaxing atmosphere of Utila.
NOTE: The main deck is not railed in. While this allows for excellent unobstructed views, it is not suitable for younger children.

This is a wonderful house! I would highly recommend the Sea Breeze.The property is well maintained, beautiful deck, clean and had most items we needed. One bedroom was without an airconditioner, but is being replaced. The loft is unfurnished. Jim and Vicki, Destinations Utilia are awesome ! They helped in every way to make our stay fantastic! They are a great resource for finding activities, places to go, things you might need.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We really loved staying at Sea Breeze, the porch and the hammocks were just wonderful, the perfect place to relax any time of day. The snorkeling just off the front of the house was also excellent, so convenient and truly breathtaking. We all rented bikes and found that to be a great choice, made getting to and from town no problem at all. The previous year we had visited Utila and stayed at a hostel, and while renting a house was certainly pricier, it was worth the money and truly made our vacation a more pleasant, personal one. We'll probably be back again in the next few years! Vicki was super helpful in organizing everything, from the house, to airline schedule, to renting bikes, to getting more drinking water; she even had cold beers waiting for us in the fridge! I would certainly recommend this home, it's reasonably priced if you have several people staying, good location, has all the amenities you would want.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just returned from Utila and our stay at the Sea Breeze Beach House. Very comfortable home away from home. Nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Especially loved the hammocks! Our favorite spot to enjoy the breezes and beautiful view. Utila is a very fun, friendly island. Vicky and Jim of Destination Utila wonderful to work with. Utila must do's -- any meal at Evelyn's, massage with Lucy, diving with Alton's, and any trip with Roger! Can't wait to go back. One of our best trips EVER!

Wonderfull house in a great area. The deck is huge and sits up off the ground so bugs never bother you. Wind picks up nicely in the afternoon to keep it cool on the deck. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything you need. Its an easy 15 minute walk to town through a very safe area of expats. The snorkeling and diving out front is great.
