The condo has a gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, heated floors, a private one-car garage and two mountain bikes for your use.
The ground floor includes: heated garage, laundry room with washer and dryer and slate tiled mud room. Main floor includes: living room and dining room, two story windows providing fabulous views of Winter Park and Mary Jane ski slopes, leather furniture, Queen pull-out couch, half-bath, storage closet filled with family games, spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, tumbled marble tiled bathroom, jetted bathtub, oversized shower and double sinks. The second floor includes: game table, full bath with a combination tub/shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and other bedroom has bunk beds with an additional trundle, TV and DVD player. The townhome is professionally cleaned and maintained before and after each stay.
A free shuttle to the Winter Park base is available on weekends. The townhome is also 0.2 miles from the Park and Ride stop where you can catch a shuttle to the base or into the town of Winter Park. Downtown Winter Park is 2.5 miles away which includes numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities. In the summer, you can access downtown by foot or bike along the beautiful Frazier River Trail. The townhome is an ideal base to explore the Winter Park and surrounding areas year-round.
Just 20 minutes away enjoy Hot Sulphur Springs Spa year round with natural outdoor hot springs flowing into many different pools ranging from 94 to 110 degrees and fun for all ages. Also nearby is Grand Lake, one of Colorado largest natural lakes with boat rentals, fishing, or winter ice fishing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing. Located in Fraser, just 10 minutes away is an inner-tube hill, great for all ages.
Deposit of 25% of rental fee will be taken at the time of booking. This is NON-REFUNDABLE if reservations are cancelled prior to 30 days from date of reservation. Leftover balances are due 2 weeks prior to your reservation date. A damage deposit of $500 is secured by credit card and is due two weeks prior to your stay and is returned 30 days after end of your stay once a complete assessment of townhome is done. Any minor/major damages or missing items will be assessed by owners to determine cost of repairs/replacement, and will be the responsibility of the renter. |
