!This unit is one of only a few direct beachfront condominiums in the resort. Look at site map(A206)to see location - closest condo to the beach! Both bedrooms and the livingroom have beachfront views! This is the first new luxury Condominium Resort Hotel built in Kauai in 20 years! This resort has all the modern-day amenities that you would expect in a Five-Star resort, including a heated salt water lazy river pool with three water falls, two water slides and Peruvian Travertine deck, three sandy bottom jacuzzi spas, children's sandy beach pool, a large beachfront bar and Aveda Health spa.
The unit is 1200 + square feet with an outside lanai for both bedrooms and the livingroom with outdoor dining. The kitchen has top-of-the line appliances including a sub-zero refrigerator, wolf stoves, dual dishwashers, built-in microwave, granite counters/bar and African Mahogany cabinets. The three full bathrooms include Travertine tile and two sunken tubs. Each bedroom and livingroom have a flat LCD screen TV with an entertainment center. The master bedroom has a king-size Tempurpedic mattress !
The furniture and accessory package are top-of-the-line and personally designed by a very respected designer that lives on the island. The unit has central air-conditioning, a humidifier system and a washer/dryer. The resort is perfectly located between Princeville and Poipu, making it easy to get to both sides of the island. The historic town of Kapaa, which is in the center hub of the island, is right next door with plenty of island shopping and top-rated restaurants.
