The house, offers luxury and privacy within 5 acres of surrounding property immediately adjoining neighbouring farmland. This allows for a totally unobstructed panorama of the sea in the foreground and, as backdrop, the verdent mountain slopes of Septe Cidades. At the same time, because the property is situated at the outskirts of the picturesque village of Ginetes, it provides visitors with the opportunity to experience the pleasure of interacting with people from the local community. The area is close to fishing, swimming areas (thermal sea bathing) and the Septe Cidades crater lakes which offer excellent opportunities for hiking.

A 20% discount is applicable for full week (7 day) occupancy.
A 20% discount is applicable for off-season occupancy (November through April).
To secure reservations guests are asked to deposit 25% of rental by bank transfer.
Alternatively, credit card payment can be made online via PayPal.
Transfer instructions will be emailed to guests upon confirmation of reservation.
Guests are asked to pay balance of rental on their arrival in the Azores.
