  This house was unbelievable. What a great time we had. We sat outside and enjoyed the view, our grandchildren had a super time playing in the sand, there was little reason to go anywhere else. House was beautiful. I especially liked listening to the waves at night going to sleep. The owner, Dawn, was great to work with and she made sure everything was great. It was everything the description said it was. Don't let this one slip by!

  Having never rented from someone we weren't referred to before, we were unsure about doing so this time. However, both the owner and property easily surpassed our expectations! Wow, what a terrific place! Walk out the door onto your very low traffic beach with fine sand in your toes. See the sunrise in the east from your bedroom overlooking the water, listen to the waves gently lapping the beach as you drift to sleep. Take a walk to the river to the right, or far down to the left. Teh location is relatively private, next to a nice beach resort, so low traffic. Right hear restaurants, entertainment...challenge yourself on the Pirate's Cove mini-golf - both courses are lots of fun for the family. The beachhouse is very well stocked, really, it's more like you're renting someone's home than a typical rental - everything is there. The inside has plenty of space for our family of 6, even on rainy days. We brought our bikes and rode from Hariwich to Chatham for lunch and back...great fun on the OCRT. Dawn is terrific as an owner. We've been going to the Cape for 30 years, all on the bay side, and this rates as one of the best times we've had. Thank you!

  This is absolutely the most perfect place to stay on the Cape. The house is huge and right on the beach. We had 8 people - 6 adults and 2 kids (7 & 4). The house is centrally located. Just minutes from Hyannis and great shopping. The Pancakeman and Pirate's Cove are just down the street. But why would you want to ever leave this place? Everything you need is right there. The owners are fantastic. Book this place. Now. You just won't get our week because we are coming back next year.

  This house is a super family friendly house! We had six kids 7 months-5 years old and this was perfect for them--right on the beach (great beach, great sand, small waves), relatively child proof, and super sound-proof for napping/sleeping. The owner was fantastic, easy to contact and quick to address any questions or issues we had. I would highly recommend this house for a family beach vacation. It's affordable and great to not have to pack up and lug things and kids to the beach

  This is the perfect vacation getaway. This home truly is oceanfont, you walk out the back door and you have your own private beach with the ocean maybe 30- 40 ft away!! The owners a great to work with and very helpful, answering any questions we had. My family and I will definitely be returning to this home again, but not soon enough! We are all ready to go back now!!!!

  The house is great. Plenty of space for hanging around outside or in. Local to many attractions but still holds the quaint charm of Cape Cod. Even though I grew up on and around the area this was my first time staying on the "Sound" side and it's views where nearly as beautiful as the Bay side. This was also my first time working with an owner and not an agency, these owners allayed my fears, truly accommodating, a pleasure to work with. A nice walk to the route 28 Diner, which has awesome food, cheerfully chirpy owners, and as my niece said, "you could never leave that place depressed". Overall a very relaxing vacation.

  This is the most absolutely perfect getaway for anyone looking for a casual, immaculate, enjoyable, directly-on-the-beach vacation. My husband and I, 3 grown children plus 2 daughters-in-law, couldn't have asked for more - we left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. This house is amazingly close to the ocean (30 feet?). The sound of the waves lapping on the shore will lull you to sleep at night (I haven't slept so well in ages!). The beach is just beautiful, with an outlook onto Nantucket Sound. We enjoyed watching the parasailers, and the jet skis coming out of the mouth of the Parker River which empties into the ocean close by. We honestly loved everything about our stay. The house was just immaculate, with everything we needed. The location is beyond compare with ocean views on 3 sides. The house was also centrally located to many activities - mini golf, wonderful seafood (try the Kreme n' Kone - the best! - or Captain Frosty's), shopping, and just cruising some scenic roads. We will definitely stay here again - it just doesn't get any better! (and the owners are awesome to work with!)

  This summer will be our 7th year renting this Cottage. It is by far the best place we have stayed, in our 25+ yrs. of renting on the Cape. The location is perfect. For one week every year, we have our own beach. No crowds or staking out space on a beach. The house is very comfortable for the 6 of us. We have everything we need right there. For swimming, sunning, boating (we bring our kayaks), grilling every night, and relaxation, this is our destination of choice. The Owners are very attentive, any time we called on them, they were there within minutes to address any problems. This rental provides us with our annual week of paradise! We look forward to it every year.

  We have stayed in this great 4 bedroom beach house for many consecutive years and will continue to rent in the future if possible. The accommodations are excellent and the location is spectacular. We love looking out at the beach from our bedroom window and seeing the sunrise over the ocean. It's amazing to walk out your side door and be stepping out onto the beach with your own private sandy yard overlooking the ocean and sitting in beach chairs which are provided. The house is children friendly so our kids and grandkids stay with us without problems. The owners are friendly and helpful. Occasionally, the surf brings in seaweed which is unpleasant but otherwise the water is fairly warm, clean and private. Great location for access to restaurants.

  Owner response: Your family is wonderful, you started out as a couple renting the oceanfront studio next door but then expanded the vacation to the 4BR oceanfront, bringing along the kids and grandkids for a nice family reunion each year! Thank you and you're always welcome back!
