A great view and a great location. You can have them both in our LARGE, one bedroom, two bath condo that is walking distance from the mountain base. Full kitchen, Washer and Dryer, and amoungst the best slope views in the valley. It is for those that want more room than any hotel room can offer. The nine foot floor-to-ceiling windows across the 18 foot wide living room looking out at the mountain makes your stay memorable. Balcony to the side of the living room gives even more breath taking opportunities.
Kitchen has granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, full size appliances, and table settings for eight. We know you do not want to cook, but it is nice to know that you can and everything you need is on hand.
The unit has TV/DVD in the livingroom and TV in the bedroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath. The living room has a queen-size pull-out sofabed and there is a second full bath for guests.
FREE WiFi.
In floor heating means your feet are never cold. Ski storage closet in carport. Entry closet for coats and boot tray for your ski boots. The carport is adjacent to your front door.
Property is located at the closest bus stop to the base. In the summer, walk either way. In the winter, ride up, ride or walk back. We are that close.

We had a spectacular view of the last snow storm from the condo picture windows. Even if you never stepped outside, it would be a fun time. Loved the gas fireplace. We had great fun cross country skiing and sledding at the YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch (8 miles west of Fraser) Such a nice town (Winter Park) for eating out and shopping. Still a bit of REAL Colorado left around here.

We are back!! Today it is 31° F and snowing! About 2” on grassy areas- none on the roads. Great Winter/Fall views at the same time, yellow of Aspen/Willow with the White of snow. We saw the Elk bugling at Rocky Mountain National Park and enjoyed dinner at Star of India. Snowed for the 3 days we were here!

Wow, you guys have a great place here! We have spent time in this area before & did not know this was here. Everything was wonderful – this condo is easy and fun to live in and very close to all of our favorite places (winter Park, Snow Mountain Ranch, Grand Lake & Rocky Mnt Nat Park). Thank-you both so much for offering your lovely home. I had been in Winter Park only in the winter – in the 80’s; This has been such a pleasure. The drive was spectacular, the condo perfect. We took the lift up to the lodge. Bob was terrified. I don’t think he has ever been above 300 ft except for the Empire State Bldg. He lived & thought it was beautiful. We hope to be able to come for a few days in the winter. Thanks. Sister Chris and Bob, Ft Lauderdale.

Why the Owner Chose Trademark
This is a lovely part of the country with cool temperatures and low humidity. And this condo is one of the most wonderful places we have seen. Its large size and up scale features make this as good as home. The view is awesome and better than anything else we looked at. We did not want just a hotel room, we wanted a home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We especially love the summers. Being from hot and humid Florida, this gave us the break we needed until we moved here. We ride our tandem bike on the paved trail to town. We have close access to Rocky Mountain National Park and espeically enjoy visiting Grand Lake for lunch or dinner in the summer.
The "Green Line" shuttle is the only route that goes directly to the lift area.

This is the farthest and highest point. It will take you at least an hour to get home from here.
Many commuter parking areas are further from the lift than our condo, but you can still take the shuttle. the ride is only one minute.

This is a really beautiful, delux condo complete with everything you need. We loved using the fireplace while taking in the beautiful view from the wall of windows. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

Robert and Renee, This years visit was just as wonderful if not better than last! Thank you again for opening your beautiful condo up. The new carpet you put in is luxurious and the new Lazyboy sofa sleeper was extremely comfortable and easy to get ready. Your proximity to Winter Park Resort and town is perfect! Spent more time this year just enjoying your deck with that fabulous view and sound of the Fraser River! We are already planning next years visit! For anyone with a small family or just a couple get-away, this is the perfect condo for you, how Robert and Renee describe it and photo it is exact on. Very well maintained. Enjoy it like we do! We are adding a "junior" bed to the master so the youngest can go to bed for the night without the adults giving up the living room. As wonderful as we think it is, we keep trying to improve our condo in the mountains.

The condo is comfortable and beautiful. The best part is the incredible picture windows with nothing but beautiful pine trees and mountains to look at (and the slopes). The deck is amazing and private right next to the river. The Fraser river was running high in July so the sound of the river came through the windows and deck and was like a waterfall sound….beautiful. The first night we saw 2 moose grazing by the condo. I’ve lived in Colorado 25 years and this was the first time I’ve seen a moose here. The next day we enjoyed the Alpine slide (at the ski resort), Happy Hour at Deno’s (in the town of Winter Park) and a drive to Grand Lake. The day was wonderful. The last day we took the tandem bike through the Fraser Trail. The tandem bike was so much fun to ride. I think I’m hooked! The trail is gorgeous: A forest with a rushing river and the smell of pines. Our last day we enjoyed a lobster dinner on the deck while the river rushed next to us. The condo and the location were both wonderful.

Condo is well located to get on mountain (first stop on bus shuttle) and also allow you access to your car to drive to Winter Park/Fraser. Covered car parking is a real plus given the amount of snowfall. Beautiful view! Big screen with Comcast HD was great for NCAA basketball.

My sister wanted to learn to ski for her birthday, so nothing could have been better than to stay at Robert's condo. After a long day on the mountain, it was great to be able to relax in front of the fireplace and look at the view of the slopes through the large windows in the living room. My sister can't live without being able to check her email so having internet access was great. We ended the night with a good movie we rented from the blue box in town and I watched my first H.D. movie. My sister wants to thank you both for a great birthday!

thanku for letting us stay in your beautiful condo.we had a great time ,we saw lots of wildlife and watching the humming birds outside your windows was cool.we thought the photos of where things go was a great idea,it helped us put things back exactly where you like them.the condo is so comfortable and well layed out,and very private.it was just perfect,more than perfect ,i would recommend this condo to anyone.the safeway just down the road was very good.we went to grand lake which was about 30 minute drive went to a resturant called sagebrush the food was great we had a buffello burger it was outstanding ,taste ammazing.couldn't ask for a better place to stay for our second honeymoon,all i can say is thanku thanku thanku for letting us stay in your stunning condo just a shame we had to go back to england so soon.would have loved to of stayed longer.from michelle and jason.

My husband and I loved our stay here earlier this winter and thoroughly enjoyed Winter Park. The condo is very nice and comfortable with plenty of room and great views. The kitchen is up-to-date and well-equipped for having a nice relaxing dinner in at the end of the day. We had a great time skiing and the condo was very convenient to and from the lifts. Plus, the condo has an attached car port and is on the ground floor so we didn't have to lug our stuff up flights of steps. We highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!
