A great view and a great location. You can have them both in our LARGE, one bedroom, two bath condo that is walking distance from the mountain base. Full kitchen, Washer and Dryer, and amoungst the best slope views in the valley. It is for those that want more room than any hotel room can offer. The nine foot floor-to-ceiling windows across the 18 foot wide living room looking out at the mountain makes your stay memorable. Balcony to the side of the living room gives even more breath taking opportunities.

Kitchen has granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, full size appliances, and table settings for eight. We know you do not want to cook, but it is nice to know that you can and everything you need is on hand.

The unit has TV/DVD in the livingroom and TV in the bedroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath. The living room has a queen-size pull-out sofabed and there is a second full bath for guests.

FREE WiFi.

In floor heating means your feet are never cold. Ski storage closet in carport. Entry closet for coats and boot tray for your ski boots. The carport is adjacent to your front door.

Property is located at the closest bus stop to the base. In the summer, walk either way. In the winter, ride up, ride or walk back. We are that close.

Why the Owner Chose Trademark

Of all the places in Colorado that we visited, this home gave us the best views with the best quality and the open feel that we did not see in other properties. It is also the closest resort to Denver making an occasional trip to the mall not out of the question.

The Unique Benefits at this 800 Square Foot Condominium

We especially love the summers. Being from hot and humid Florida, this gives us the break we need. We ride our tandem bike on the paved trail to town. We have close access to Rocky Mountain National Park and espeically enjoy visiting Grand Lake for lunch or dinner in the summer.

 

Owner's Map of Trademark

Robert and Renee with sons Grant and Preston and spouses Kim and Kristi. Robert and Renee just recently moved form the Florida humidity and relocated to Colorado. The climate is wonderful as are the great outdoor activities.
