This place was perfect! What a great time! We stayed for a week at the beginning of the ski season, we could not have found a better place. The condo was immaculate and had everything you could think of. It was the perfect amount of space for our entire family, 2 adults and 3 kids, it was very comfortable and again, the location was excellent. We skiied both WP and Loveland while we were there, we even walked to the WP base one of the days, I guess we were just too excited to wait for the shuttle. The condo was really nice, after a long day of skiing, we would sit in the hot tub that was directly across from the condo, then come back, grill out some steaks and relax by the fireplace until bed. Besides skiing, we also went into town just about every day we were there. My wife and the kids went sledding in town for free at the park, we went to the YMCA of the Rockies, did some shopping and had dinner in town. We will definately look into staying here again, we couldn't have asked for better accomodations. Funny thing was one day when we were driving back from town and my wife was looking at all the houses and said to me, "Wow, look at those condo's, they look really nice." She then realized they were the ones we were staying in! Thanks again Robert, for sharing your awesome condo!

Very nice home with all the amenities of home plus great views. Looking out the rear full length windows your view is of the mountain slopes and bubbling river. Owners were great to work with and very helpful. Really enjoyed the beautiful walks on the Fraser River Trail just steps away. 12 minutes away is great Pole Creek Golf course. Grand Lake and entrance to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park are only 45 minutes away. Nice eating places nearby in Winter Park and Fraser. Lots of other things to do. Just a great experience and we'll be back.

Excellent stay that was in large part due to our location and this beautiful condo. It immediately felt like home as we prepared meals, relaxed and hot tubbed daily. We are not skiers but our son was enrolled in ski school which was very convenient using the shuttle (we could actually walk to the slopes). We felt as if we were all alone in the mountains as the views are spectacular and create a sense of isolation from surrounding residence. Thank you so much! We hope to return this summer. This condo was very nice, and would definitely stay here again. It is fairly new, very clean & a large condo with a large bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen-living room area & covered parking. It is walkable to the slopes without all your ski gear, or you can just jump on the free bus service. The price is very resonable if you stay 6-7 nights because then they throw in 2 nights free. My wife loved it, and was not disappointed as compared to our ski trip last year at the Westin Hotel in Beaver Creek. Also, the condo owner was very nice to work with.

An absolute gem of high-quality lodging in a beautiful area. We stayed for one week during early January. Exceptionally clean, well-maintained and equipped with high-end items. Spacious, a beautiful view, and location is very convenient. More comforts than we have at home; it made for an extremely enjoyable vacation. A few of the goodies include: covered parking, hot tub literally across the street (we went every night ~ 9pm and it was always empty), very organized kitchen with full allotment of quality cooking utensils (cabinets have photo maps of where plates, utensils, cookware are located), a file of information on local activities and restaurants, game cabinet includes a deck of cards that features a different ski resort on each card, excellent cable TV and internet, two full baths, fireplace, outdoor balcony with seating, ground floor access within 10 feet of garage, and a beautiful view of Winter Park mountain. The owners respond immediately to inquiries and provide excellent planning information prior to arrival. It is a pleasure doing business with them, and ideally I would like to make a visit to their condo an annual tradition. My only fear is that as more people learn of these accommodations, availability of the unit will rapidly decline. If you are contemplating a stay at this location, place your reservation promptly. You won't be disappointed.

This is a really beautiful, delux condo complete with everything you need. We loved using the fireplace while taking in the beautiful view from the wall of windows. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

Robert and Renee, This years visit was just as wonderful if not better than last! Thank you again for opening your beautiful condo up. The new carpet you put in is luxurious and the new Lazyboy sofa sleeper was extremely comfortable and easy to get ready. Your proximity to Winter Park Resort and town is perfect! Spent more time this year just enjoying your deck with that fabulous view and sound of the Fraser River! We are already planning next years visit! For anyone with a small family or just a couple get-away, this is the perfect condo for you, how Robert and Renee describe it and photo it is exact on. Very well maintained. Enjoy it like we do! The Krakowski's John, Julie, Jack and Jacob Missouri

Owner response: We appreciate your review. The new soda bed has a built in air mattress that makes it very comfortable. We are adding a "junior" bed to the master so the youngest can go to bed for the night without the adults giving up the living room. As wonderful as we think it is, we keep trying to improve our condo in the mountains.

The condo is comfortable and beautiful. The best part is the incredible picture windows with nothing but beautiful pine trees and mountains to look at (and the slopes). The deck is amazing and private right next to the river. The Fraser river was running high in July so the sound of the river came through the windows and deck and was like a waterfall sound….beautiful. The first night we saw 2 moose grazing by the condo. I’ve lived in Colorado 25 years and this was the first time I’ve seen a moose here. The next day we enjoyed the Alpine slide (at the ski resort), Happy Hour at Deno’s (in the town of Winter Park) and a drive to Grand Lake. The day was wonderful. The last day we took the tandem bike through the Fraser Trail. The tandem bike was so much fun to ride. I think I’m hooked! The trail is gorgeous: A forest with a rushing river and the smell of pines. Our last day we enjoyed a lobster dinner on the deck while the river rushed next to us. The condo and the location were both wonderful.

Owner response: Thank-you for your review. It seems like you did everything in just a few days. That is amazing. We saw a moose (or elk, not sure yet) with a calf out the window while eating dinner. They noticed us also. We will get a picture on our website soon (awinterparkcondo.com). We also saw a fox in the grass. I should install a motion detector so we don't miss anything.

Condo is well located to get on mountain (first stop on bus shuttle) and also allow you access to your car to drive to Winter Park/Fraser. Covered car parking is a real plus given the amount of snowfall. Beautiful view! Big screen with Comcast HD was great for NCAA basketball.

My sister wanted to learn to ski for her birthday, so nothing could have been better than to stay at Robert's condo. After a long day on the mountain, it was great to be able to relax in front of the fireplace and look at the view of the slopes through the large windows in the living room. My sister can't live without being able to check her email so having internet access was great. We ended the night with a good movie we rented from the blue box in town and I watched my first H.D. movie. My sister wants to thank you both for a great birthday!

The condo was very roomy and the kitchen was very well-equipped! Dinner in the Crockpot was great after a day on the slopes. Having two bathrooms and a carport were additional bonuses. The bed was SO comfortable! The view from the living room was wonderful from morning to night! The location was close to the ski lifts and the shuttle bus. We hope to return again!

My husband and I loved our stay here earlier this winter and thoroughly enjoyed Winter Park. The condo is very nice and comfortable with plenty of room and great views. The kitchen is up-to-date and well-equipped for having a nice relaxing dinner in at the end of the day. We had a great time skiing and the condo was very convenient to and from the lifts. Plus, the condo has an attached car port and is on the ground floor so we didn't have to lug our stuff up flights of steps. We highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!
