Our Villa is located Mid-Island, with PRIVATE ACCESS to the Atlantic Ocean. The complex is a 24-Hour Gated-Community, with many resort amenities which are FREE of charge to our guests.
Our second floor villa is near the elevator, steps from the tennis courts, outdoor pool and indoor pools, and scenic natural boardwalk to the beach.

FREE wireless, high speed Internet access from within the villa, so bring your wireless-compatible laptop! (Wi-Fi service comes with the condo; your username & password will be provided in your welcome note when you enter the condo for your visit.)

The spacious MASTER bedroom with private FULL bath, recently-installed carpet, tub and shower, comfy QUEEN-size bed, and TV with resort cable (60 plus channels). Plus combo VHS/DVD capability
Bedroom two has a TWIN-over-FULL bunk bed set.
Enjoy a light breakfast on our private, shaded balcony overlooking the lighted tennis courts.
The kitchen appliances include: full-size refrigerator with ice maker, blender, microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and garbage disposal. The full size kitchen includes silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, bowls, and many pots and pans - everything for the traveling gourmet!
The comfortable LIVING/ DINING area has Resort Cable and DVD player and is great to relax after a long HOT day on the beach!
The bedroom windows overlook the Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course.
Our PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS is great for long, BEAUTIFUL sunset strolls on the beach, and collecting seashells. Miles and miles of bike paths are located at the Resort’s driveway, and go for miles in either direction!

My wife and I decided to go to Hilton Head for a week for a getaway before she started her new job. We were pleasantly surprised with everything at the condo. The owner has included a lot of extras (like a cart to haul your stuff to the beach) that really made a difference. Initially we were a little concerned about the walk to the beach, but it was much shorter than I thought. There's even a shuttle that the resort runs if you don't feel like walking. We went to the beach everyday, biked the island one day, played tennis, swam in the pools. Overall it was a great vacation. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and three children (aged 3, 7 and 11) stayed here in June of 2011, and had a really fantastic time. The apartment was cheerfully decorated, cozy and very clean, and the owners very thoughtfully provided a number of "little extras", such as beach chairs, beach toys, and even a cart to schlepp all our stuff back and forth to the beach. The beach itself was beautiful and marvelously uncrowded (and there was a conveniently located bar and restaurant right on the beach for my husband and I to enjoy!), and the beach and surrounding tidal marsh were chock full of animal life that my kids enjoyed watching and learning about. The property owners were really fantastic about providing all the information that we needed to make our trip to Hilton Head Island a memorable and enjoyable (and relaxing!) one. I hope to return next year, and I have already recommended this property to my family. Thank you so much!!!

We really enjoyed our time in your villa, (Thank you!!!). Miles of beach, plenty of sand, surf and sun. We really enjoyed the lighted tennis courts - no waiting time and there was enough to do to tire out our three very, VERY active children. We really enjoyed seeing the Shelter Cove fireworks without leaving the condominium complex. We look forward to our next vacation with you!!!

We stayed in this villa during our oldest son's fall break from school in mid-October. We had a wonderful time!! The villa is beautifully decorated with vibrant colors. Our three kids thoroughly enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds (our twins slept on the bottom full-size bed, and our oldest slept on the top bunk). The kitchen is well stocked, and we liked how it is open to the dining area to give it a more spacious feel. We had nice walks to the beach, and although it was too chilly for swimming, the kids had fun playing in the sand. They even buried themselves in it! We also spent many hours at the heated indoor pool, as well as hitting a few balls on the tennis courts. You can even sit at the tall table and chairs outside the villa and watch people on the tennis courts. Hilton Head Resort has many nice amenities and is centrally located to other things on the island. We will definitely return for future vacations.
