We rented this house for a big family vacation. The location is fantastic. We were so impressed with how beautiful the beach is. The water is crystal clear and so warm! Carrie was wonderful to deal with prior to check-in. She was always available to answer all of my inquiries. Also, a shout out to Billy. We asked for a radio and he drove over right away and let us borrow his own and even provided an extension cord so we could listen to music by the pool...thanks again Billy!

This was a great house! It is brand new, has amazing kitchen with granite very nice master bedroom and bath. The back yard is big with a heated pool and fiber optic lights, very private. The other bedrooms are nice as well and its what I would consider a beach house. Location, Location the beach is a block away, a grocery store is 50 ft called Publix and so many great restaurants. My family will come back next year!

I just want to thank the owner for making our family vacation so amazing! When my husband and I decided to plan a Florida gateway, we orginally planned on getting a hotel but decided a hotel would be too small to accomadate our family. My husband got in contact with the owners to this property and they could not have been more helpful! Not only was the lady we spoke to extremely nice but they their prices were amazing! All in all, we had plenty of room for our three chidren and we got to relax in a gorgeous house and it had great location! Cant wait to come back..we never wanted to leave. I would reccomend this house to anyone.

Family Vacation

Cons- The house is a THREE bedroom. They split a bedroom into two. You actually have to walk through a room to get to the 4th bedroom. It is NOT a proper bedroom and each of the split bedroom is only big enough for a bed! The house is about 1200 square feet (an estimate), but quite small. The kitchen is not very equipt, and the grill is not working. When I contacted Carrie, at the owners renter company about the improper 4th bedroom, my email and phone call was NOT RETURNED! Pros - The house is in a GREAT location. You can walk to the downtown area with restaurants, bars, nail places, beach is one block away, canals are right there, etc. If you have kids, the house is two blocks from a brand new fenced in park, fire station, basketball and tennis court. They also have a pack in play (not a crib as listed above) and a high chair. The pool is wonderful. Billy the pool guy is very sweet and helpful with restaurant ideas and pool help if needed. The dining table fits a large number of people. Depending on your party, the house might be excellent if you can have people walk between bedrooms in a tiny house. The location is superb, you are steps from the grocery, restaurants, and the beach. I was disappointed by the house itself, but not the location.

Owner response:After 3 years of owning and renting this home this is our first bad review so I hope I can address all of the cons mentioned above as I understand you can't please everyone. First, the renter was given all bedroom configurations and the pictures and virtual tour also show very clearly how the home is laid out. In fact, each of the two spare bedrooms have a dresser/desk, nightstand and lamp, so they are clearly large enough for other furniture besides just a bed. In addition, no phone call was ever received regarding the 4th bedroom, I received an email while we were on vacation ourselves.I was in constant contact with this renter before they checked in.We went over that it was a pac'n'play crib and we only had one.We went out of our way to go rent another crib for this family and bring it over to the house because they had twins.Again, constant communication was occuring between us and this renter.Unfortunately you can not please everyone. This is a great home, we have repeat renters every year. I'm confident we did everything we could to please this family. I would recommend in the future that people look at the pictures and the virtual tour, the pictures don't lie.
