Our beautiful two bedroom, two-bath villa located in the Barefoot Resort is available for your Myrtle Beach Escape. The villa is perfect for a golfer's getaway, family vacation or for couples. Escape to our home and make yourself at home. Once you enter the main gate at the Barefoot Resort you will realize that you are in special place. For your convenience, we use a local management company for your comfort. We offer a 24/7 local emergency contact number. We DO NOT just mail you your keys and leave you on your own. Your keys will be picked up at our management company's office, or in a lock box if arriving after hours and you will be given the combination prior to your arrival. Our management company is very close to make sure your "escape" to Myrtle Beach is as enjoyable as possible. Once you arrive, check with them for discount tickets to area attractions and live shows. They will clean the unit after your departure and change the linens, etc. You can enjoy your "escape" right up to the moment you have to leave.
Our fully appointed unit is a first floor/end unit for easy access. We have a lovely screened patio with 4 rocking chairs and a table to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the 12th fairway and green of the Greg Norman designed golf course. The unit recently received a complete “makeover” with fresh paint, new window treatments, shower massages, extended shower curtains, additional storage / shelving in both bathrooms, wall mounted color televisions in both bedrooms, a DVD player and VCR in the living room and much more. Also our rates include free wireless high-speed internet access.
We have two twin beds in the bedrooms, and you can reserve the rooms to be made-up as two twins or as a king size bed. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. There are color televisions and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. The nicely decorated living room and dining room area are large enough to hold maximum occupancy. The master bedroom has a large, walk-in closet and master bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances plus coffee maker, blender, toaster and more. The unit also has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and hair dryers in both bathrooms.
The villa is centrally located in the Ironwood section of Barefoot Resort. It is a very short walk to the Ironwood Sports Complex featuring the community pool, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts. There is also a free community shuttle to the beach (seasonal hours). Here you can soak in the sun or sit in the shade. Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship Golf courses designed by Gregg Norman, Davis Love III, Tom Fazio and Pete Dye located right outside your door. In addition, there are over 100 other premier golf courses in the Grand Strand.
There are many other area attractions to name a few.... Barefoot Landing, offers some of the best shopping in Myrtle Beach, and is attached to resort. Numerous miniature golf courses, wonderful restaurants and exciting nightlife abound. Enjoy nightly attractions at the nearby House of Blues and Alabama Theater. For the sports enthusiasts there is the Myrtle Beach Pelicans baseball team, Class A Affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. There is something for everyone in Myrtle Beach. I want to, again, thank you and your family for allowing my family to use your unit during our visit to NMB for our family reunion. During a time when you could have rented your unit out for the entire week at more profit, you allowed us to use it for the length of time that we needed, 3 nights, when others turned us down. Your unit was as it showed in the pictures, clean, cute and colorful, like laying out in the sun on the beach. While we didn't venture out as much as I would have liked, we did find that your unit was a short drive to the outlets, grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends traveling to the NMB area. If we get the opportunity to travel to the NMB area again, I hope that your unit is available.
Recommended for:Families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
