ROYAL HOTEL SOUTH BEACH CONDO-HOTEL
Designed in the 1930's by Art Deco architects Henry Hohauser and L.Murray Dixon, the Royal is a classic example of Art Deco architecture revamped for the 21st Century.

Located only two short avenues from the beach in the heart of the art Deco District in the center of sobe's dining and nightlife. Only one block from A/X, Banana Republic, Ralph Lauren, Kenneth Cole and other shopping. Other hot spots within walking distance are Nikki Beach, Lincoln Road, News Cafe, Mango's and Wet Willy's.

The unit features italian marble floors, newly tiled bathroom, black granite and maple kitchenette. 26 inch Flat Panel LCD w/cable. Bring your ipod. Player/charger in the room. There is also a 1600 sqft common balcony overlooking washington avenue which has umbrellas, lounge chairs and a newly installed hot tub. Valet parking available to all guests. Valet parking is an additional charge of 22.50 US per day. Daily maid service available for an additional charge. Municipal parking lot located 1 block south of the building on 7th and washington.

Helpful front desk staff and 24hr security.
Check in after 2pm. check out by 11am.

Stayed at David's condo-hotel in Miami during May and I had an excellent time! Having a nice place to stay definitely makes a vacation that much better and this place met my needs and then some!     • I stayed with my husband for six days and the location of this unit was perfect. Everything was close and nearby and within walking distance. There was no hassle to check-in and check-out. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back for a quick getaway.

    • Hi David, my husband & I just got back from your place in South Beach at Royal Hotel. I'm the one who called you about 2 wks ago to book it directly. I found you on vrbo. We really enjoyed our stay thanks so much for all the quality touches you added to your room. It was also very clean. Very important! All the staff was very helpful & polite. We had a great time. My husband, Bob, found out from one of the girls at the front desk that you are a NY firefighter. My husband was a firefighter in Chester, NY. He's from Queens, but he lived upstate for a long time & that's where he volunteered as a firefighter. His son is a firefighter down here in GA. Just wanted to let you know you were "keeping it in the family".

    • This is a great place. This is my third stay at the condo and it is absolutely wonderful there. Great location, great value, very clean and a very friendly staff. I recommend this place to all my friends who are looking for a place to stay on the beach. The condo has everything even beach chairs for the beach. It is definately my top choice of affordable condo's on the beach.

Right in the heart of south beach, only a couple of block to the beach and all of the ocean drive hot spots. i have been to south beach several times, and this was the best deal yet. Thanks, Daniel!     • So nice I came back twice! I stayed here on 03/25/08 and 03/31/08. Very Nice spot! Excellent location! I brought some friends to take a look at this place and they were so upset about where they were staying at, and not to mention paying more than me too. They felt like they were getting jipped. I will be looking to stay here again or any other properties you have on SoBe. Very nicely done. I recommend this place to anyone (except when I'm trying to be in there) Thanks Dave. You will hear from me again.
